I sure wish I had read all these reviews beforehand. I ordered in February 2026. Getting the run around in trading emails. I keep asking for a full refund. Nothing. Told the post office had returned my package. I checked with post office and they had NO record of it. They show christian content but not a christian attitude towards customers. Very disappointed

I ordered a shirt in the usual size I wear. When it arrived it was far too small, so I reached out to return it. Rather returning it, I was offered $6. I told them I paid $35. They came back with an offer of $10. I took it because I realized it was a SCAM operation.

This is a Scam website from a company based in China. We ordered a shirt for a Christmas gift and did not receive it until January, shipped from SPAIN!!!!! The shirt is NOT as advertised, it is all screenprinted, not of a good quality. We tried to get a refund and return the shirt but we're told that we had to return it to a China address or they would just give us $11 back. What a rip-off. Of course the shipping to China is outrageous so we took the $11. Misleading company origin and manufacturing location, advertising, shipping times. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! If we could give it less than 1 star we would!

Ordered a shirt and found a tear in the shirt from shipping. They offered me 3 dollars. I paid 70 US with shipping and tariffs. What an insult. Never buy from social media ads. They are all scams.

The facebook ads were beautiful and the company information very nice. However, this is a scam. I ordered product for Christmas holiday season and it finally came in January. It came from Hong Kong, not Nashville, TN and it is some weird fabric - not the cozy feel that was described. They really didn't want me to return my order. Offered me a few USD refund. I wanted to return, I got my credit card company involved and finally in February they responded to the credit card company and provided return information. I am returning today.

This company is not only NOT out of Nashville as they're website says, they are not Christian based and they're customer service department sucks and is run by a skeleton crew who does nothing except auto generate the same response to every email you send. I not only never received my merchandise, but the tracking number they gave me was for a 3rd party carrier that handles international packages and not the U.S. post office like Faithwear said. The tracking company said my package left China, then went to Ireland, and then to the U.S. After 4 weeks of floating around the globe, I still have no package. Wish I would of read other reviews before putting my faith in a company that clearly doesn't know what Faith means. No matter how much you're tempted to purchase something, save your money and the frustration of knowing you'll never see it. Tara

This company is a scam. I bought three items for my fiancé to be delivered before Christmas 2025. It is now February 14th 2026 and I haven’t received anything all they keep saying to me that it’s being shipped. This company is a scam. I would not purchase from them. I am warning, everybody and anybody stay away from this company.

UsaFaithwear is a terrible company. Let's break it down stating with USA. I ordered a Christmas sweater for my wife on Dec. 11, 2025. It's now Feb. 6, 2026 and the sweater still hasn't arrived. The sweater started its journey in Porto Spain (not Nashville as advertised). It has allegedly begun its North American tour and is supposedly in Tulsa (I'm in Atlanta). I have no idea where it will go next, possibly to the International Space Station. The next part of the name is "Faith". You'll need a lot of faith if you ever expect to see your order. The final word of the name is "wear". Wear what? And when? The sweater hasn't arrived and I doubt it ever will, so there's nothing to wear. If you're looking for clothing and you come across Usafaithwear, move on and keep looking.

I received a sweater this week, and it was of poor quality. The picture made it look like a very nice sweater; however, I cannot wear this. I have no idea how to return it either. It was quite expensive, and it is not worth this price at all.

ABSOLUTE JUNK SCREEN PRINTED RAGS. Do not get fooled like I did by their false advertising. Waited 9 weeks for a bag of crap they now are fighting with me on.
They've rigged their sites so pics cant be copied in their orders and falsely operate under many names. They should be shut down.

Cheap clothing. Extremely long shipping times with additional charge to be paid prior to delivery. Poor customer service. This is not a company worthy of using USA in their name. Seems fraudulent

Received wrong shirts 9 weeks after my order. Paid with PayPal because I thought they backed up such things but they do not. Very disappointing. I lost a lot of $$$. At least I learned a great lesson. Any scum bag company can use PayPal.

Total scam. They advertise as "Made in America". It's not. What it is, is junk.

If I could put negative stars, I would. I wish I had looked at Trustpilot first. As others, scam from beginning to end. Not USA based. Product came from Hungary. I was charged an exchange rate through some unrecognized company. Took a month to get product. Sent email immediately to get instructions on how to return & get refund. They had me take pictures & forward to them. Then offered me $16 refund on a $100 purchase. Quality is cheap. Got something else from what I ordered. Now they are not responding to me at all. I bought through PayPal. Deleted account because several other large charges were trying to go through. Bad experience 100%. Using Christianity against us. Do not buy from them. But, beware they could open under another name.

Ordered a womens top before Christmas. Over a month later nothing has arrived. When you email them a canned message comes back to a scammy "tracking" service. They just string you along until they make enough money and move on to the next scam.

If I could rate them a no star rating I would. I ordered something on Dec 5th and just received it yesterday. But I did not receive what I ordered. They are a scam. Say they ship from the US. They most definitely do not. The product isn’t remotely like the pictures posted. It’s crap. I’ve been fighting with them to get my money back and they refuse. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

No customer service, they ignore everything you provide as proof that they shipped a wrong item , then say you'll have to return on your own with no promise of a resolution. They take your money then offer a insulting low credit amount to resolve. Its a scam

I too ordered from this company thinking is was a USA based company. The merchandise however was supposedly shipped from China. The merchandise never arrived. I contacted them several times they just kept telling me to wait for delivery.

SCAM: First if we rated this company, it would be less than 1 star. We had a terrible experience from the time we ordered with several extra charges to the cost. Late delivery. But the worst was the quality of the "Sweatshirt" which was not much more than gauze. Definitely not a sweatshirt. Impossible to return the item for a credit or receive money back. Denied all email transactions.
