Beware. Completely unhelpful despite the fact non delivery was their error.
Ordered items which were supposed to be delivered within 2/3 working days . When not received I investigated via Post Office and was told item had been withheld as insufficient postage had been paid. Really needed these for early next week so asked for refund which was declined as items are out for delivery which may or may not take place when the post office deliver me one of their lovely red slips. Meanwhile Black Sheep have my cash until I do all the work to sort out their mistake. Won't be making the mistake of ordering from them again. Completely unhelpful and not willing to sort out their own mistakes

hi, thank you for your feed back, we first got noticed about your issue this morning, with you stating you've been on the phone to royal mail for 40 mins explaining about the postage fee, we answered by saying we will pay for the extra fee's when you receive your card from royal mail. You then stated multiple times we should refund you, but the item is out for delivery.
We said we will refund you when the item gets refused if you didn't want the item anymore.
You also threaten us about a bad trustpilot review and said our customer service isn't good, all we said was we would pay for the extra postage fee and give you a refund but only if the item has been refused if you no longer needed the item.
You then suggested us to pay for your uber ride to the post office too.
Our website doesn't state anywhere its 2-3 delivery, it says 7-10 days.

When ordered there was communication to…
When ordered there was communication to say that it would not arrive before Christmas. I was okay with that as it was not a present. Goods arrived today and had full update of when it was going to be delivered so very happy. Love the product as well. Great company to deal with.

Over priced cheap quality cups the…
Over priced cheap quality cups the wording on the cups are faded not sharp. The two pink cups again the paint fades at the top of the cup. One cup has a chip I emailed them they asked for a photo then I never got a reply. so in a nutshell overpriced crap you’d pay £1:99 in a shop up Blackpool. I paid £65 for 4 cups that look old and poor quality. They were meant to be Xmas gifts but I wouldn’t have the audacity to give them anyone.
