AVOID.....Do not buy from this company
AVOID.....Do not buy from this company. Paid for expensive set of bedroom furniture, first piece arrived damaged. And customer service is terrible. Ask for an update when I will receive another and NO REPLY. So they have my money and won't reply or update on delivery.

Furniture arrived with prior…
Furniture arrived with prior notification from courier, 2 men, absolutely excellent. Carried the furniture in the house, assembled and took packing away for us. A pleasure to have such a positive experience. Thankyou. Furniture looks lovely in place too.

A really beautiful table at a great price. Delivery took a week longer than expected apparently due to the supplier and not Nicholas John. However, delivery were efficient, they put it together quickly, placed it and promptly took the packaging away which was a bonus. Very pleased!

Overall good service!
Had no communication/update re my order but understood there was a 4 week wait. After second email for feedback they came back and chased the delivery company. Arrived a few days after! And the item ordered is stunning!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. The delivery company they subcontracted to caused damage to my property and then they refused to be accountable despite acknowledging the damage, resulting in me having to now start legal action.
