A great shop and a great website with everything you could need to brew beer wine or spirits.

Having watched the DVD and read the instructions several times, where does it mention about adding the tannings ? And all so when I pulled the ring to allow the grape juice out it burst and so I had to cut a corner. Not ideal first time customer. When should the fermentation start to bubble ?

Long delivering time, my account never shown "shipped" status,never received the shipping confirmation mail/tracking info. I asked for support and received only one reply out of several mails (when replying to the first received mail there was no answer).Probably there is a problem with your automated systems or with my account,but from customer point of view this is a bad experience.

Yesterday evening i recieved my order and the product is fantastic will make a brilliant xmas present for my uncle. Whilst looking through the parcel i found what i thought was my invoice with my bank details and personal information. I didnt find my invoice i found someone elses invoice with their personal details and some bank details at which point i realised someone else must have my invoice with all my details on which i found quite shocking. Still havent had time to call up the office yet but i will either before or just after the weekend to complain. 5/5 for the product 0/5 for trust with personal details.

Great service, very prompt delivery and good packaging. You kept us in the loop about the delivery date and that DPD delivery company is brilliant, they sent a text and an email giving us a 1 hr slot when they would deliver.
Both cider kits are Christmas presents so they haven't been tried yet.
Overall I was very impressed with your service and I will definitely order again from you. Thanks!

nit tried the product as it is a gift for son in law but the website is great, really easy to navigate and the delivery amazing! Couldn't believe how fast the item came.

I spotted love brewing whilst searching for a slightly different beer kit to try and ordered the mersey dockers ipa which was delivered in a speedy manner but due to the arrival of a new baby daughter I will have to wait a while to get brewing the watch this space for an update once brewing has commenced.

Customer service of Lovebrewing is fantastic. Had a problem with buying gift certificates through the website, dropped them an email an it was fixed within 12 hours of their response email. Was kept informed as to progress.

Highly recommended company and think i will be doing a lot of business with them over the coming years
