DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. literally taking people money and getting away it. Placed an order for a bra MONTHS ago. Took my money and have sent nothing. Haven't replied to a mail. A disgrace they are able to get away with it.

Took a long time to get here, but I love them now they are!

I can only assume that I along with many others have been conned out of our hard earned cash. Placed an order 3 months ago and emailed several times. Always an automated reply. Asked for a refund but no joy. So sad that this company is still allowed to advertise. I can only hope no one else falls for this scam

I ordered their wireless bralettes in July and still have not recieved even a shipping notification from the company. I emailed them a few times in August asking about the delay, they apologized and said they were backlogged. It's now mid October and I still have not recieved a shipping notification for the products. And when I checked out their social media, it looks as though they're selling totally different products now. Their stretchy bras aren't even showing on their Instagram. I emailed them again asking for a refund and nobody has replied to the email so I've initiated a transaction dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. I'll never shop this brand again. Complete idiots at best, fraudulent at worst.

I placed my order in July 2025 and it still hasn't arrived or even being dispatched yet. It took multiple attempts for me to find a way to contact the company and once I was in contact , they are responding with very long emails but not actually providing any information as to why there is a delay or when I should expect my delivery even though I have asked multiple times. I have requested to cancel my order and receive a refund 4 times and they take up to a week to respond to my emails with a lot of prompting from me. Extremely dissatisfied with the company and their customer service, do not order from them!

Placed an order in August 25 . INah not received anything by mid September . Have been requesting a refund 3 times now and just keep getting told that they are processing my order. It is now 15th October and I'm not expecting goods or refund , but I will keep tryiing. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS ' COMPANY ' .

I order bras over a month ago and have not received them. I've also contacted them looking for a refund and haven't heard from them.

I love this product. It's the best comfort bra that supports the larger bust. The adjustable straps are perfect. The orders can take a while to arrive which is fine but some communication from the company would reassure customers orders are in hand or better stock control so they're not taking money for orders they can't fulfil. Customer services do respond quickly to any queries.

Lovebellfit is a scam- they have taken money for my order and never delivered. Constantly responding saying be patient they are looking into it.
Total SCAM- DO NOT order anything from these cons!

Ordered a bra on September 11th and I am still waiting on delivery. I requested a refund on 01 October but was told the order was shipped. It’s now the 9th October almost one month since I placed my order and still no delivery.

Placed an order on September the 21st and have not received anything through. I have queried the order and no response. Will report this company.

Do NOT trust this company. They have not delivered and after 5 complaints and multiple requests they just send an automated response email. No refund. No way of talking to anyone. Absolute SCAM

Gave as a birthday present. It’s converted my friend to wireless bras

Placed an order on July 19th, still have not received anything, now October 6th. Everytime I email asking for a refund, I get an automated AI reply telling me to be patient. Do not give this company money.

I’ve been waiting 8 weeks, absolute joke

It's a complete scam, do not order anything from this company. I have been waiting for weeks for my order, if they response to my emails to cancel the order and refund the my money, it's more or less the same explaining that they will send the items soon.

I ordered some bras on 1st August, it's now 30th Sep and they are nowhere to be seen. I've contacted the company twice asking for a refund and all they say is they'll be sent soon. Do not buy from this company, they are a scam!!
