They are a scam. Do not order from them. I orderd 3 bras from their shop on the 18th August, it’s now November and it’s nothing but excuses. I’m not the only one, there is warning after warning about them on social media. I have actually reported them for fraud and action fraud are taking up the case.

They took a long time to arrive, but they are of great quality! The product and the attention to detail are truly extraordinary.

Order made on July 20th. Still not received.
Have contacted company several times to be fobbed off with excuses about delays. Totally unacceptable lack of service.
Waiting for reimbursement.

Took almost 3 months to arrive! However the product is amazing and as long as you’re prepared to wait I would highly recommend.

These bras are so comfortable, I forgot I was wearing it. Lovely buttery soft material, they feel supportive with a nice wide back, no digging in.

I paid for items which they failed to deliver. I’ve written to them repeatedly to receive the same messages saying they will deliver. It’s been 3 months now.
Total scam, stealing from innocent people.

I put my order in on 12 August 2025, I still have not received it and it is now 3 November!!!!
I ordered these bras as I had open heart surgers and wanted a comfortable bra to wear while recovering.
I get replies to my asking me to be patient.
My patience has run out and I feel that I have been scammed as a pensioner this was an expensive purchase for me and I trusted the company but it it a joke be warned DO NOT BUY FROM LOVE BELLA

The bra is extremely comfortable , adequately supportive and creates a good shape under clothes with no lumps or bumps or uncomfortable digging in . Straps are perfect width and do not slip . It was a shame it took such a long time to arrive ( 2 months) which has put me off reordering .

I still have not received my order. 3,5 months later! I sent a message again one month again and they apologised but still nothing. Probably the worst handeling of a costumer ever!

Ordered 3 bras in July 2025, still waiting, asked for a refund twice, they don't reply, complete scam, wish I'd seen the reviews 😑.

Appalling - ordered 3 bras in August and it’s nearly November and no order. They keep apologising but never tell me how much longer I have to wait. I’ve raised a case with my credit card company so should be getting my money very soon.
Don’t buy from them, their customer service is atrocious.

The product was as advertised and the price was good.

Really great product. I ordered a M and a L as I wasn’t sure but the large fitted me better so would definitely go a size up from what you usually were. They are super comfy and supportive. Only downside is they sell out of the colours I like quickly and the postage is slow as from the US.

The three bras I ordered are fantastic and are a brilliant fit but they took over two months to be delivered

I ordered 3 bras several months ago and have received nothing. They replied once to say that there was a supply issue but nothing has arrived and despite me sending two more messages, no response and no bras! SCAM

Okay, this bra is everything! The Alicia feels like a soft sports bra but way more flattering and comfy. It gives such a nice lift without wires or pressure, and it’s totally invisible under clothes. I literally threw all my old bras away after trying it. Delivery was super smooth and the team was so sweet over email! 💖

It's a scam. Placed an order mid July, still waiting like all those others who've been scammed - now it's mid October. Such bad experiences ruin it for all legit sites. Why will I not learn to check before I place an order!!

Order placed 6th August has not been fulfilled. I have asked nearly every day for the last month for a refund but emails are being ignored and no refund received - would avoid this company
