Thank you for your review. We’re truly sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the assistance provided though we did our best to assist you. When you initiated the return through our portal, there were two available options for sending the item back. Based on our records, the return label option was selected, which is why a printable label was generated. We understand this may not have been your preferred option, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately, once a return has been initiated and a label has been created, the system does not allow a new return to be started or the method to be changed to a QR code. If you try to enter your order number again, it will show that a return is already in progress. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience, and please know we’re here if you need any further assistance.

Return process not great.
Shorts were nice just didn't fit. The returns process is not great. You don't get a refund on sale items only store credit. Something I wasn't aware of or I probably wouldn't have ordered.
