Incredibly disappointed with the communication provided by L+L for returning faulty items. Considering the price of the playpen, £114.00 I was not expecting an item which had clearly not had an adequate safe pet paint spray applied. There are black scuff marks on the majority of the panels, the gate locks have rust residue on them and absence of paint. I've been trying to return this item for 3 days! At no point during purchase did it say a return costs the sender money. Nor that a refund is not automatically authorised.
Emailing the company daily for a return update which was promised 48 hours ago, I've heard nothing!
I purchased this believing I was purchasing a quality British made item from an independent British company. I'm now out of pocket significantly, and had to rush around trying to get a play pen hours before collecting my puppy when I had originally purchased this silver play pen in plenty of time ahead of her arrival home.
I wouldn't recommend buying from Lords and labradors. I'll stick with a well known animal store or online retailer in future.

Returned a £54 dog collar for an exchange and only after reaching out and enquiring about my return, I got a partial refund on the item and realised I got charged £15.
Very disappointing experience.
Won’t be buying from them again.

Regular updates on delivery and responded promptly to emails. Quality of products is excellent. I have one very happy comfy pup in his new crate with beautiful cover, bed and blankets. Will order from this company again.

The Travel Dog Bed is brilliant it folds up easily it moves around well and the delivery service was informative.

Although delivery was fast the item caused an allergic reaction and I tried to get hold of someone to tell me what it was made of no one answered my email. Then I tried the WhatsApp again no response for a few days. Since then I have tried to contact them regarding several different things I would like to purchase and as yet nearly a week and no answer on either email or WhatsApp so very poor on communication. Not what I expected as my first experience with this company was very good.

Absolutely love the cat stand so do my fur babies. Fantastic quality, stylish, unique and visitors have admired. We had a slight issue with our item but L&L resolved this very quickly and professionally. Fast delivery. Would definitely buy from this company again. Great customer service.

I bought the wooden dog crate in white. It is absolutely stunning, and I couldn’t be happier. Beautiful product, sturdy and great quality, amazing for the price! I’ve owned dogs all my life and had many crates, finally one that is practical and beautiful. My springer spaniel boy has plenty of room and is very comfortable in this size large crate. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely buy again.
