The speed in which Customer service fedback to me after my enquiry as to when I was likely to receive my item as I hadn’t had an initial email confirming my order.
The quality of the item was very pleasing on arrival. My toy poodle Winnie, is settling into it well and fell asleep in it during its first use, which she hadn’t done for quite sometime. She has had many anxious car rides. Very pleased!!

Ordered through paypal and was instructed to download the shop app, which I am not a fan of as delivery updates don’t come through. However I messaged there Whatsapp number, who proved the updates for me. Did have a small issue but Lords and Labs resolved this for me in a timely manner so can’t fault them. Will order from them again 👍

Be very sure you’ve checked dimensions on what you buy. I’m having an absolute mare!! I’m astonished to read in some reviews that anybody managed to get a response via phone/email/whatsapp/facebook/insta. I’ve tried everything!! No response. At all. Since 4th June?! Hoping they might read this??? Products are gorgeous, website gorgeous, customer service???? Where are you? I’ve spent a small fortune. One item was delivered while we were away forcing us slightly over the 14 days. It’s too small but but but I’ve since bought another £150 worth of stuff 🤷🏼‍♀️. I’m a keen loyal customer. I just want to send back for refund. 😭😭😭😭.

I bought the double easy traveller bed for our lab. We’ve just bought a new car and I was trying to think how we could get the dog and a fair amount of luggage in the boot. This bed was perfect as we put the luggage in a cargo net behind his bed and we’re still able to secure the bed with the headrest straps so everyone was comfortable and secure. Perfect.

My first order was fantastic, delivery was great 2nd order took longer. All products I have got are if the best quality. Crate was not in stock that i wanted but had to get it from another pet shop, but the best crate i have ever had.
Would recommend this company definitely.

My first 2 orders went smoothly and I rated the company and their products 5 star.
My recent order has been the only time I needed to contact Lords and labradors and OMG what a difference. The products are not the problem, it's when trying to contact them. I needed to return one of the items I ordered and it is stipulated you have to return within 14 days. I am still waiting for a response to my emails. Their phone number doesn't accept calls and WhatsApp messages are ignored. Doing the return on their website doesn't go through it shows as an error. So if you need to return anything, you can't.
Sadly I will never purchase anything from Lords and Labradors again as there is no customer service and nobody helps with the return and the 14 days soon passes. I started my unsuccessful return process the day the delivery came and I'm still waiting.
Such a shame.

Great company and great products

They will take payment immediately, but no delivery as it’s out of stock. No updates, no place to track the order status and only respond when you chase - each time it’s end of the month. Never again!!

I think this was a legitimate business at some point but is now a scam at best and criminal incompetence at worst.

You can see that when they were bought out they became terrible. Ghosting people, not giving refunds etc. Do not feed this company.

If you require an exhange good luck, as i have tried emailing and contacting them on their whatsapp and have had no reply. There quick to send out orders but when you require anything else their customer service is terrible.

Incredibly disappointed with the communication provided by L+L for returning faulty items. Considering the price of the playpen, £114.00 I was not expecting an item which had clearly not had an adequate safe pet paint spray applied. There are black scuff marks on the majority of the panels, the gate locks have rust residue on them and absence of paint. I've been trying to return this item for 3 days! At no point during purchase did it say a return costs the sender money. Nor that a refund is not automatically authorised.
Emailing the company daily for a return update which was promised 48 hours ago, I've heard nothing!
I purchased this believing I was purchasing a quality British made item from an independent British company. I'm now out of pocket significantly, and had to rush around trying to get a play pen hours before collecting my puppy when I had originally purchased this silver play pen in plenty of time ahead of her arrival home.
I wouldn't recommend buying from Lords and labradors. I'll stick with a well known animal store or online retailer in future.
