I bought two eyeliners. Nice colours, easy to apply but the point blunts quickly. I would like to be able to keep it more of a point for more precise definition along my eyes.

Thought I would try this company for the first time recently so bought their Soft Eyeliner. They claim it is for mature women and stays in place. Within, literally 2 minutes the liner was 'bleeding' all over my eyes....the worst liner ever! A complete waste of money for me!!

I received my order of an eyeliner today. I’m pleased with it but can’t believe the ridiculous amount of packaging it came in! A large box and loads of paper. This could have been sent in an envelope for the price of a stamp. I wondered why the delivery charge was expensive, now I know! You seriously need to reconsider your packing methods.

I received my new face palette which I am delighted with the colours are very natural it arrived very quickly and the post was free. I had to order by phone as my device was playing up and spoke to Sue who was very helpful at Customer Services. I think the company are very professional and I feel very confident to order again.

These products are marvelous. The foundation and primer do look and feel lovely on the skin. The lip prime is excellent - lipstick stays put and no feathering. I love the tutorials - very very helpful!!

It was easy to order the items I wanted to purchase. And they were delivered within a few days. I wanted to exchange an eye shadow color and contacted Look Fabulous Forever by email. A response was received the next day, and my new shadow color arrived several days later. You cannot ask for better customer service!
As far as the products, I love them. They make me feel so pretty. If you have not watched the "how to videos", I highly recommend them.

After 60 years of using mascara I ordered this item in navy blue. I was already a fan of look fabulous forever but was sceptical about the claims because of the many times I had believed the hype for the perfect mascara only to be disappointed over and over again.The moment I first swept this item through my lashes WOW I knew my search was over. I have long lashes which have thinned over the years but thanks to this product no clumping no flaking no smudging.Thank you Look Fabulous Forever

Well..where do I start? After having wasted so much money over the past few years, I have finally found a product that ticks all the boxes. LFF cleansers and moisturisers leave my skin feeling really clean and soft and a little goes a long way..the foundation and make up is so easy to apply and stays on so well. The foundation I bought was a little too light but I can make a free exchange (with free printed label.thankyou) So I'll be 101%satisfied with LFF products. I love the demonstrations too..so helpful to know how much to apply and how to apply it. Very disappointed in the company. I placed my order 1000375284 for eye primer and completed section for free serum using the code given.
Eye primer received on time but no serum.
I emailed on Thursday but as yet no acknowledgement received.
I've tried a couple of their eyeliners but was also disappointed as they started to fall out of the applicator very soon after first use.
I won't be placing any further orders

Love the new SPF50 face serum, it sinks in well isn’t sticky & perfect under the LFF makeup.

I’m disappointed with this. The colour that I was matched with is a bit on the orange side. I can manage this with using other products but what I don’t like is that after a few hours it settles in my lines.

I’ve spent so much money on eye liners over the years these are the best ever and an unbeatable price.

I purchased the eyebrow definer in brown, a brown eyeshadow, the make up primer and a lipstick. They are all wonderful, thank you so much. I'm 72 years old and these are perfect. Seem to be made for me.

I ordered the foundation, eyebrow brush, eyebrow shaper and eyeliner and bronzer
Foundation I returned. I found small granules and it made my skin dry and didn’t go on smooth even over my primer. It didn’t absorb or blend on my face. I had an immediate response from customer service supplying a mailing label for return
I absolutely love all the other products. Couldn’t believe how easy the eyebrow shaper is and looks great. Very satisfied with these products

I purchased a trio eye shadow which seemed to blend into the colours easily. Upon contacting LFF they immediately said they would despatch another trio and to not send back the original. Unfortunately our post person tried to deliver the package to an incorrect address and it was refused and returned to LFF. When I spoke to them about this, they immediately resent me another trio. Fantastic service and the extra expense they were put to caused by an inefficient post person was absorbed by them. Unheard of in these times. Well done Tricia and the LFF team.
