I recently had to return a couple of products as the colours weren’t working for me. My exchange items were sent out promptly. Sadly, the colours still weren’t right so I returned them and requested a refund. This was paid very quickly but I thought there was an error and so called them. The lady was very helpful and explained the refund in full and she was very patient with me as I still thought there was an error but all was good in the end.
I wish every company had such excellent customer service.

I received the foundation and serum which is okay at first I thought was good, but does t stay on long, no better than cheaper brands the lipstick is too bright and doesn't stay on lips at all so very disappointed- I wrote asking to change colour and asked for maybe sweet pea as a sample but never got a reply, so all in all very disappointed- all very expensive for what I’ve got. Delivery was quick and packaging good would have preferred better goods that actually do what you say they do. Sorry very disappointed

This company has charged my credit card $39.95 twice through PayPal. I have never ordered anything from them and this is the first time I’ve opened there mail.
I will have to reach out to my bank to have them get my money back unless this company returns my $80 without that.

I am trying to respond. Unfortunately I can’t find the required reference number to respond.

I have been very pleased with all the products I have bought except the eye pencil. I love the actual soft pencil on the eyelids but it’s the actual applicator I find it very difficult to remove the top. I have broke 2. The first one I emailed about and very kindly was sent a replacement and told to run the pencil top under warm water which I did, but the pencil completely broke in half and the actual soft lead fell out. I love the eyeliners I did have 2 (now have 2) wish the lid was easier to remove.

I am completely sold on all the products , I have had so many compliments since switching to LFF.
I think the highlighter is a game changer .
Today I received my face primer and wow ! Just as described applying it was a real treat .

Great products, good delivery time, and I feel they are really concerned for us older ladies that still like to wear makeup and look good!

Have been a fan of LFF for a number of years. Recently ordered their Beauty Balm in light which when it came was very obviously too dark for me. But of course that’s always a risk when buying makeup online. After reading their returns policy (I’ve never had to return anything to them before) I emailed them to ask if I could exchange. Within hours Caroline replied that a replacement had been sent. Brilliant service. Thank you.

A good few yeas ago I bought a lipstick ,Dusty Rose Longer Lasting beautiful colour stayed on well did not change colour.
I have twice now bought the same lipstick and within minutes it turns a blue pink colour on my lips .
So I won’t buy from this company again as I think they have changed the format and not said .
I do not have a problem with any other lipstick I have bought.

I recently decided to try light look beauty balm, I have lots of your products and have always been very happy with them.
I applied after my moisturiser, when I squeezed it out it looked very orangey, but though it would be okay when brushed in, unfortunately it wasn’t, have tried it twice. What am I doing wrong? I bought 02.

I bought a quantity of items. Lipsticks and eye shadow were all great. Unfortunately the foundation didn't work but on return an immediate refund was given.

Lovely lipsticks. Good advice given choosing the right colours for you.
It can be expensive buying lipsticks that just don't suit you, but their sales pitch is about not making those mistakes..
Lots of variety in the shades..lip pencils are a bit powdery, but there is a nice range of colours, again, to match your lipstick.
Make up tutorials are useful and the blogs by Trisha are interesting, covering issues that us "women if a certain age" are likely to encounter, but written with integrity and a refreshing lack of bias or discrimination. All in all a brand that does think about the age it's trying to reach and good luck to them

Brilliant team in Customer Service. I messed up my order and immediately sent a grovelling email to ask if my order could be put right before it was paid for. It was a Sunday and I was hoping someone would pick it up on Monday morning to have time to put it right. Tbh, I thought I would just have to smile and pay up the original order. But within an hour - Sunday, remember - someone (a clever bot?) replied with a new, corrected, order. And here we are on Tuesday afternoon and my order arrived at my door this afternoon. Amazing! Customer services are really ‘fabulous forever’. Thank you so much *****

I have loved your product for a number of years… eyeshadow and lipstick in particular.
My recent order to Canada came very quickly, under a week, but I had a customs charge of $23.00 to pay.
Thought you might like to know because it hasn’t happened before.

Nothing wrong with the company excellent service
I ordered the eyeliner pencil sorry to say it smudges
Also the long lasting lipstick which isn’t as described
I found I had to re apply

I am pleased with the makeup I ordered, thank you. I did have to figure out how to correctly apply the foundation 02. First attempt it appeared to cake on my nose and cheeks. I watched one of your helpful videos where the woman mixed the foundation with a small dab of another mixture. Since I hadn’t ordered that one, I put a few drops of one of my existing foundations that had extra moisture and it went on beautifully. I also think the tone 02 suits me. The Face Prime is perfect as are the lip liner and lip stick products. I use a foundation and lip stick every day. I love that fact that this is a company owned by women, for women and I’ll certainly continue using LFF products and sing its praises. Many thanks. 😊

I ordered some eyeshadow and eyeliner. The colors are really lovely and the products came to me very quickly here in the US in under a week. I also really like your website as it makes it very easy to choose product colors by skin tone. And the tutorials are very helpful too.

The delivery was fast to the United States. I bought the face serum, day and night cream, and the face primer came as a free gift. I love all the products. I had a friend tell me that something was different about me; that I looked younger. I've only started using it for a week.

Very fast delivery to the US!! Ordered eye and lip makeup and love it! I got so many compliments from family and friends. The teaching videos are a great help. I will definitely continue to explore and buy more, thank you so much!
