I am new to LFF. I am a senior citizen who likes to use a blue shadow which has been very difficult to find lately or too shiny. My two new shadows are perfect and blend easily on to my eyelid, and stay matte all day. My new blusher is also great, going on as a cream but drying matte. I think all the marketing is excellent with helpful advice on applying the make up. I will be trying other products under this brand.

I have been using LFF eyeshadows and highlight for a few years now and I really like them although I do find that some eyeshadows go very powdery at times .
I ordered a highlight this week and as usyit came very promptly BUT !! One small product in a large cardboard box , what a waste!!

Several months ago I ordered some foundation. When the box arrived I opened it and it was empty! I rang and told a very helpful lady, having also sent a photo of the wrapping from my phone. It was replaced with no quibble. All the makeup I've used from LFF is excellent and I've tried several brands before.

The long lasting lipsticks are great. My favourites are Sweet Pea and Dusky Pink for evening and day respectively. Before ordering Dusky Pink, I was concerned that it may be too pale, given that it is described as being neutral. However, I love the colour and brightness, which lifts my skin tone.

Look Fabulous Forever has skincare and make up of high quality! If a product is not suitable there is a returns policy and if you have any problems the customer service is excellent!

I’m struggling with my foundation, was supposed to be matched up with similar colour to what i used before, but very much darker, and i find it doesn’t sit on my skin it forms in globules, so rather disappointed.

I have recently started using some products and I am so pleased with the results! For a while I have struggled to find cosmetics that work for me. Well, I no longer have this issue. I will continue to try new products and re-order my now favourites.

The lipstick really brightens up my face and brings back the colour I’ve lost. The lipstick lasts well and I really like that the colours are coded as cool or warm toned.

Not many companies gives you free returns but no trouble here.cosmetics of excellent quality and Julie so helpful .my skin is super sensitive and it reacts to almost everything.so grateful you can try first.thank you LFF

I am 70+ and live in the mountains of Colorado. The air is dry, and our winters can be fierce, but summer days have abundant sunshine. Maintaining the skin requires a lot of help! In the last year I have taken stock of my skin and makeup needs, along with wardrobe and color choices that look better with my silver hair. In this pursuit, I have purchased numerous products from cosmetic companies that are geared to the older woman. It is now time to share with other 70+ ladies that Look Fabulous Forever products have made a huge difference in my life. I have no wish to be 50 years younger, but simply enhance the face that I have now. The tutorials are a great help, and the models are in a similar season of life. Look Fabulous Forever helps me step out of the door each day with a renewed confidence. Give it a try...you deserve it.

I ordered the grey eyeshadow palette, it arrived, well wrapped and promptly. The big mistake was that I'd ordered the refill! Phoned customer service and left a message, I got a call back and the whole matter was sorted in minutes!
Wonderful service, I was very impressed. The grey shadow pallette looks great and the grey eyeliner pencil is just what I've looked for for ages, but couldn't find anywhere!

This review is only in relation to one product (the foundation) and the fact that my one star review about this wasn’t published on the LFF site. The latter is deliberately dishonest, with prospective purchasers only able to see reviews which show LFF products in a positive light!
Most of these products are very good and I had been impressed with the company, however this has definitely put me off. The one unsuitable product I would have forgotten about, but not the fact that my negative review wasn’t published. Bad show LFF!

Website easy to navigate, reasonable pricing and delivery on time and quick. Contacted Customer Service with a question and they came back straightaway.

I am a new customer and feel the need to share my experience .

Great makeup for the older face, no shine eye shadows, subtle colours, but very effective, love them.

The products are excellent, well packaged and prompt delivery.

No help when parcel mis delivered by Royal Mail there was a mix up with address which I received a phone call about was dealt with (as I thought) but still haven’t received my £60 order I’m going round in circles and getting no where it’s a shame when product is so amazingly good - very disappointed in delivery I’m giving up now

Look Fabulous Forever make up and skin care really are fabulous. There is an excellent range of colours and the quality of the products is excellent.
Customer Service personnel are very helpful
I won’t wear anything other than LFF.

I love using the Daily SPF50+Serum because my facial skin feels good and it is true what is says the lines on my face has gone and I also love using the Hydration Hold Serum it is true what it claims to do my facial skin is better.

Very disappointed with the continuous cover foundation. It is a much darker shade than it would appear from the information when ordering, and it is quite thick and not easy to apply evenly. It tends to ‘ rub up’ on the skin and leave flecks. I would not recommend this product.

My order arrived quite quickly. I was delighted, as LFF used the regular post, which has been slow for months. Well done, LFF! As always, I was delighted by the products. They work so beautifully on my skin.

As I have not had any indication that my order has been received I’m wondering if I am going to receive it. Confirmation was sent to my ‘junk’ mail. Received my order today. Thank you very much for a speedy service.
