Product arrived damaged

Product arrived damaged. I contacted customer service straight away by email. Sent another 2 emails with pictures. Tried to contact company on mobile number. No reply in 4 days. Customer service is joke. Never again.

Rubbish communication

There was a delay with the delivery and it took 3 days for London supplements to reply on track and trace . They actually replied after the delivery arrived. Not great service unfortunately.

Disgusting service.

Disgusting service. Complete disregard for clients. I bought vitamins, but two weeks have passed and I have neither vitamins nor money. Looks more like a scammer's office.
