This is one of the numerous times I have ordered the same product ie Protein Powder. So happy with the product. The delivery took a little longer than usual but hey ho… its all good

Arrived fast and quality is great

Great customer service, products are exactly as described. Delivery was fast , can't fault them.

I have used London Supplements several times and consider them one of my go-to suppliers for my training supplements. They offer an excelent range of products at great prices and always deliver very promptly.

While I was initially patient with a 6-day shipping delay, the experience went downhill when the seller stopped responding to my calls and emails by day 8. Because I was running out of my supplements and had no update, I was forced to buy a replacement elsewhere at a higher price. The original order then arrived unannounced via a different tracking number. Had the seller simply communicated that the item was on its way, I wouldn’t have incurred the extra expense. Better transparency is needed.

I ordered two packets of Sci-MX Ultra Whey protein on 5 February 2026 and paid £45.98 via PayPal.

When the items arrived, both packets clearly showed a best-before date of 05/2024, meaning the product supplied was already about 21 months out of date at the time of delivery.

After opening one packet, the powder inside was clumped and hardened rather than free-flowing, which raised concerns about the condition of the supplement.

I contacted the London Supplements but the matter was not resolved directly. I therefore opened a PayPal dispute and provided photographs showing the best-before date and the condition of the powder.

The issue was eventually resolved through PayPal’s buyer protection process and a refund was issued about one month after the original purchase.

However, I was required to return the items and pay the return postage myself, which means I am still out of pocket despite the refund.

Safe to say, I won’t be ordering from this company again

Fast delivery, yet to try the product but looks good.

Ordered Dead Sea Salt after finding wheat in my usual brand, as a celiac, not great.
Londons was so clean I'm glad I switched anyway. No grit, no stones, just pure salt. Absolutely awesome. Well worth the wait, plus ordering from a UK company feels better.

Great service from London Supplements. Speedy delivery with tracking and good comms.

-1 star for delivery experience. Driver (from Yodel) decided not to knock on the door but to hide the package in the most unexpected spot (in a communal area behind a bin) which caused me to think it wasn’t delivered and to call up the courier. There wasn’t any proof of delivery, tracking, or photo attached so it took me literally hours to find it with the help of a neighbour. I even phoned Yodel as I was convinced I hadn’t got my parcel.
-1 star for quality of products. I ordered 2x 7.5kg TNP iron weight plates for my home gym. Whilst this is technically what I got they are visibly damaged, there is holes in them, look used and have obviously been mistreated at some point in their life before they were packaged up. Not happy at all but they’re weights in the end of the day so are still fit for purpose (assuming they are still 7.5kg).

This is the first and only time I’ve purchased anything from this company but based on this experience I can’t recommend them.

Placed my order on a Saturday to get an email 4 days later stating they did not have the atock to fulfil the order. This was a xmas present and tge long delay in updating me meant i was unable to order anything else online.
Worse, once i receved the email i checked the item on their website which was still being sold. It appears they are delibwrately selling items which are not in stock, possibly to get you to exhanged it to the alternative flavour which i was offered.
Very poor.

Best supplement store out there, good prices and free delivery over £10 is such a nice added bonus

It’s a place where I can easily find a wide range of products. I had previously shopped there in person, and this was my first time ordering online. I didn’t experience any problems.

Won’t order anywhere else.

Placed an order. After a week had no shipping updates so contacted them to be told the item was on its way to me and they would chase up with the courier. Couple of days later received a voicemail saying my item was out of stock, so I was lied to about it been on its way to me.
I then requested a refund and had no response. Got in touch with them again and they offered me an alternative product or a full refund. I requested a refund for the second and now my emails are being ignored again. Have now had to take it up with my bank to investigate. Will never order again. Customer service is awful

AVOID AVIOD AVOID LOTAL SCAM, they just choose to ignore you when they send a cheap product out that is not what it was described as..

Excellent communication and brilliant

Absolute shame that I've been using London Suppliments for many years to buy 90+ protein without an issue, but when I contacted them to report that the last 5kg tub tasted bitter and wasn't quite right - no response.

As I received no reponse, I then followed up my complaint with a second communication addressed FAO of the CEO - no response.

I finally wrote to NutriSport directly as London Supplimets apparently didn't care, and NutriSport replaced my 5kg of 90+ protein the next day.

After many years and many, many hundreds of pounds spent with London Suppliments, I WON'T be using them again.
