Don't like how short they are
The ordering experience and shipping are/were great.
I am disappointed in the length of the socks. They are shorter than the other pairs I bought a few years ago. I believe they are the same size but are shorter. In fact short enough that I don't look forward to wearing them like I have the others.
Additionally the price is a good but higher, but the length is less and the quality seems less.

Thanks for your feedback — I’m really glad to hear the ordering and shipping experience was a positive one.
Just to clarify, the pairs you purchased are from our 100% cotton range, which is quite different from our Simply Sartorial socks you have bought previously. These socks are made without elastane, which is the material that typically gives socks more stretch, structure, and a slightly longer, more fitted feel on the leg.
Because of this, the 100% cotton pairs will naturally feel a bit different — including sitting slightly shorter and having a softer, more relaxed fit. This is intentional, as they’re designed for customers who prefer a more natural fibre with a less compressive feel.
In terms of price, the 100% cotton range is more expensive due to the materials and manufacturing process involved. Using high-quality natural cotton yarns without synthetic fibres requires a different construction approach to maintain durability and comfort, which increases production costs compared to our standard blended socks.
That said, I completely understand that if you were expecting the same fit and feel as your previous pairs, this would be disappointing. We really appreciate you highlighting it, as it’s helpful feedback for us to make this distinction clearer.
If you’d prefer something closer to your original pairs, our standard Simply Sartorial range (which includes elastane) should match what you’re used to much more closely.

Superb quality socks
Superb quality socks! I only ever buy this company socks for my husband. He loves Red Sox, each to their own I suppose, they maintain their colour no matter how many times they are washed, he says they are so comfortable to wear and no other brand compares to them.

Always a great quality product
Always a great quality product. However, my last order had an issue with the courier delivery (package was damaged in transit). The customer service was second to none. The order was re-sent pretty much as soon as I made the complaint and the new package arrived the following day. All around excellent.
