I know that this is not the London Health Company's problem, they are probably the same as any other company that make home blood testing kits, but I'm really disappointed with the experience (it was my first time) and decided to share it.
I was unable to draw any significant amount blood from my finger (it comes out, but maybe a droplet, when you're supposed to take a whole vial), no matter what you do, very slowly it flows in all directions, instead of coming into the vial, so it ends up spotting everything about instead of ending up in the tube.
This after trying to comply with all the thousand recommendations (hydration, shower, exercise, standing, massaging, etc...). By the way, try massaging your hand while having it extended and an object held to a fingerTIP with your thumb.
After reading some forums, I believe they would do better focusing on the tips that are really critical instead of providing an insane list of longest preparations ever (you have to start preparing 1-2 hours in advance) where people will make shortcuts according to their own judgment. (I did everything except soaking my hands in hot water for 5 minutes because I'd had a hot shower using THE hand and then'd been washing something, also in hot water, with the same hand; it wasn't enough, apparently you literally have to soak it, but being faced with a ton of other advice, you don't know that this is what you're supposed to do and that if you don't do exactly this, you'll fail). That said, I haven't actually tried it, so I don't know if it would help.
Also, my husband commented that when they take your blood in a clinic, they will still use a pipette, not just expect the blood to flow, so this whole home testing thing looks really suspicious and I really wonder how other people do it (those who have succeeded).
Waste of money. Sad. Never again (this or any other testing kit).

With regard to blood collection in a clinic, venous blood samples are collected using different equipment and techniques. Home finger-prick tests are designed specifically for capillary blood collection and are widely used when the collection instructions are followed.

Sample could not be analysed. Replacement sent
There was a long delay in receiving a result and prompt emails prodiced not response. Eventially it transpired the specimin was haemolysed and so could not be asayed. After a direct request it was agreed that a further sample kit would be sent out. Grateful for that

READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS - and it is easy to get the sample.
I did mine around 10:30 Weds morning - posted it at around 11:15 (45 mins later).
Got an email on Friday to confirm they had received it and another email at around 5pm Friday with my results 👏👏

Done two tests with this company
Done two tests with this company. Both time not received my results within the time frame they gave me. Doing tests and awaiting results is very anxious and time already goes slow waiting but it made worse when you don't get any results. Delays happens and is fine but a quick notification would have been very helpful. On a positive note they were the cheapest company I found to do the tests.

Sample required not possible
The amount of blood required for a finger prick test was excessive and for most people, myself included likely impossible to achieve
When I contacted the company for advice I did not hear back from them.

Fast and accurate results
The delivery process was quick and the instructions were easy to follow. I had my results within 24 hours of my sample being received. The results are accurate. Due to my results my gp then took me seriously and did more blood tests which gave the same results. I will definitely use in the future to keep track of my health.

It's only after I'd received the test…
It's only after I'd received the test did I realise how much blood was needed. I followed all instructions including exercise beforehand, and with the help of my partner I tried to fill the container. We pricked four of my fingers and still only managed a small amount which was rejected as too little. How on earth are you supposed to give so much blood from a finger prick? I was given a link to buy another test for about £10, but it would be the same result. So I give up.
