Incomplete test kit sent. I was told to use my own sealable plastic biomedical bag as one wasn’t in the kit.

There is no funnel and the tube supplied to “drip” blood into is around 5mm in circumference, you need to have the aim of Luke Littler to get all of the blood into the tube.

Beginners mistake, look at trust pilot reviews before going with one of the cheapest options.

I had a capillary thyroid test with London health company they responded fast and they were polite on what's app messenger and email they sent me a fresh tube and capillaries because my first test I couldn't get enough blood second time around I drank more water so the blood came out better I had the test results in 6 days I found out I have hypothyroidism

Everything was a great experience apart from there was confusing message on their phone line giving instructions that didnt work or were wrong. This made me mistrustful of the company. If not for this its been a 5 star experience.

When you buy the product it doesn’t say not do the test thurs fri weekend I think it’s a scam

On blood thinners yet impossible to collect enough blood despite following every instruction very carefully. Tried calling - emailing and wotsapp with NO answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as when you need help they are not there.

Picked this packaged blood test profile as Creatinine is included on their advertised list of metabolites
tested ,however on receiving the results I found that this important test was not done, despite my 2 subsequent emails requesting it .
The other tests in the profile were done promptly, but their advert is misleading, and then they did not acknowledge or even attempt to correct their error .
Would not recommend

No luck in getting blood out with their device, tried multiple fingers, I just kept clotting after a couple of drops, all I ended up with was bruised fingers, after following all their instructions. I didn’t get in touch with them or ask for help. They may have suggested something. It seemed easier to just get someone to take it the old fashioned way.

Easy to follow instructions, quick return of results. Helped me to monitor my ferratin levels without fighting for a gp appointment.
