Easy replacement tube and lancelets
Filling up a tube with 10-20 drops of blood is very difficult. But luckily the replacement tube and lancelets is not expensive, for another go, and another... And the ordering is quite easy.

It was so easy to order a kit on line…
It was so easy to order a kit on line which arrived in a timely fashion.
The instructions were very clear and if you follow them it's very easy to produce a good sample.
I received notification that the sample has been received which was good MD then I had the results within three days.

Efficient and quick service
I've been using the London Health Company to keep on top of certain vitamin levels for a couple of years now and the whole process has always been quick and efficent for my needs. This time they sent me the wrong test kit, due to time constraints I couldn't await a new kit to be sent however I found that they answered my email very quickly and I was able to use the kit they had sent me to test for what I wanted without having to loose time waiting for the right kit to be sent. So although they made a mistake it was handled smoothly and quickly which was much appreciated. Thank you London Health Company.

I was actually disappointed with this…
I was actually disappointed with this experience and felt it was an expense I shouldn't have bothered with and continued down the route of my own. GP! The process of drawing blood was slow and painful, results were extremely basic and didn't really tell me much information at all.

I have spent £140 and have only had two…
I have spent £140 and have onky gad two positive results.
They said i didn't provide enough blood and I paid for another one .Sent that back and they'd a kidney test instead of a liver test after 4 emails gge wrote back said it was their fault and that was it nothing else so poor .So paid for another one posted it on a Sunday night as collection was 9am Monday they said it was degraded it wouldn't have made any difference if I posted it at 8am Monday. So bought another one and will see how that pans outThey don't answer emails nor phone a really poor customer helpful company

Sorry to hear about your experience. Reading the instructions carefully is essential to ensure the testing process runs smoothly.
We do not accept samples collected over the weekend, as we aim to receive all samples within 24 hours of collection to maintain sample quality. If a sample is collected and posted on a Saturday, it would typically not arrive at our laboratory until Tuesday. This means the sample could remain in a post box for 2 days, particularly during warmer weather, which may affect its suitability for testing.
The second kit that was sent was a replacement kit; however, it was activated by you under a different test, which unfortunately caused further issues with processing.
As a goodwill gesture, we would be happy to send Will a free replacement kit so that the test can be completed correctly. We would be pleased to help ensure the process runs smoothly and answer any questions before the sample is collected and returned.

Amazing, not !
Amazing, paid for test, posted 17th May, 25th May, no acknowledgement, no results, zilch. I could get no results a lot cheaper without the stress of waiting.
Follow up. Bullying emails from LHC, promises to deliver within 24 hours of confirming details. Quelle surprise they failed to deliver results despite getting confirmation. Have requested a full refund but doubr they will respond, every indication now this is a scam company. Avoid !,

Hi,
This happened because the instructions were unfortunately not followed. We mention in several places on the instruction sheet that the sample ID must be activated before sending the sample, and that samples should not be collected or posted over the weekend.
The 17th of May was a Sunday, and we advise avoiding weekend collections both in the instructions and on a separate card included in the kit, as we aim to receive samples within 24 hours of collection to ensure sample quality.
If a sample arrives without being activated, when we scan it at the lab it is not linked to any account. That is why you would not have received any email updates regarding the sample journey.

After an initial issue receiving 1 of my tests and unable to contact somebody at the company. London health company contacted me through WhatsApp as my message was missed by the team. They quickly sent me the results of the test I received and then sent me an upgraded test of the one I didn't receive. Within 2 days of posting the test out I had my results. Would be 5 stars if it wasn't for the initial mix up but I would use the company again.

Competitive service
Customer service is pretty good and they'll reply fairly promptly.
Results are sent via email and PDF which is good.
Kits contain everything you need, however if you can obtain venous samples you will be much better (they accept these).
The actual documentation and recording could be made much easier than it is, I feel as if it will be easy to misplaced a label or make a mistake and make the test invalid.
Otherwise, a good service that was very competitive and I'll come back but on the basis I use my own venous sample for validity of result and not the capillary pricks as these have greater variability of error.
