Excellent car rental experience in Florence!
I had a great experience with Locauto in Florence, especially thanks to Francesco. I arrived just 5 minutes before closing, and he was incredibly helpful and professional. Within about 7 minutes, he had everything ready and handed me the car keys.
The whole process was smooth and straightforward—no hassle, no unnecessary fees, and no surprises. Francesco was friendly, efficient, and made the experience very easy.
Highly recommend Locauto, and especially Francesco, for a stress-free car rental experience!

Top service and very friendly personal. Especially at the car Rental station in Firenze City. Everything has been prepared for me when picking up my car. Also, the availability of the Call Center is very good. People answered all my questions quickly. Overall excellent experience!

Practically brand new card Helpful staff
Very easy process at the airport, hassle free. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Car was practically brand new. I would give this 5 stars, however, it was pricey. I appreciate we rented the car peak season and last minute but I do feel it was expensive. That said, I would recommend them for quality and service.

Insist on the chosen car model. There was an attempt to offer me a cheaper car instead, while my car model was standing nearby. I insisted on my model and they gave it to me immediately. What's it? I can't understand the reasons for the replacement. Car was fine and other service too.

I highly recommend this place!
The whole house was incredibly clean and well maintained. We honestly felt a little bit like we were spending the best summer holidays at our grandparents’ countryside home just with a swimming pool and all the comforts.
A huge plus was the air conditioning in every bedroom, as well as the swimming pool and dishwasher. With a family, these little things make such a big difference and make your stay so much more comfortable.
The owners were absolutely lovely, very friendly and always easy to contact. The location is beautiful and peaceful.
If you’re looking for a wonderful place for a family holiday, I can honestly highly recommend it!

Unfair and non-professional attitude
I returned my car with mild dent under right door, not sure if because of me and they let me pay 800 Euro in addition to previous missing of luggage shelf, without negotiation and not responding to my dispute, I felt un fair treated with non professional attitude
