Cannot fault the guys in Brindisi.
Second time using Locauto in Italy now. I have nothing but peace of mind when using Locauto.
Cars are in great condition and same with the safety equipment. I ordered a baby seat and it was top of the range. I was worried about putting my 7mo in a hire seat, but simply couldn’t carry it all. I’m glad I trusted Locauto.
I returned the car covered in dust - and I mean COVERED! It’s the nature of Puglia countryside. I thought I’d get charged. But I just got told we can’t possibly charge for something that comes with our area - don’t worry! So I will be going back again next year and booking through Locauto again. I will also continue to recommend to all.

Very friendly staff, no long waiting on the phone (I had a small question) no pushing for extra insurance. And the car was as expected. Really nice experience.

Very fast and friendly service
Very fast and friendly service. The office and rental shop are located right next to the airport. Car return was also at the same location. The car was clean, new, and well-maintained. I recommend it 100%.
