Quick, smooth service, english workwd out fine

No problem at all car was new and clean all process goes well and I returned car in same condition. I think full insurance is a bit pricy but is required in this part of Italy for your own relax if something happen - plenty of damage cars driving around is it mean they don’t care much about road rules. So buy insurance also if you don’t won’t come back home with big bill.

We received great practically new car with 4000 kilometers mileage. Driving it was pure fun. There were no problems with check in and check out. All of earlier scratches were marked in the check in file and staff is talking fluently English. We had only good experience.

Checking in to receive the car was straightforward and efficient. Dropping the car back was the same, quick, and the staff were friendly and quick to ensure everything was in order so we could get to our flight.

The initial collection of the car involved a 20 minute wait at an empty desk and we then had to wait for the gentleman to log into all the systems before he was able to process our rental. By this time it was late at night and we had to walk around the lot trying to locate the car.
Dropping the car off on return to the airport, however was a pleasure. The attendant was very helpful and efficient. This part of the process could not have been very improved. The car itself was also excellent, clean and a full tank of petrol.

I would highly recommend this company. They contacted me before I arrived to confirm my booking and make sure I knew where to go on arrival to the airport. The car they provided was excellent and in really good condition. Overall great service and I will use them again

Genuinely the smoothest experience I've ever had renting a car. Nice people, quick service, and good price.

Excellent company to deal with. The car was exactly the one we booked. With other companies it is often an equivalent car which is never equivalent. However with Locauto it was exactly the one we wanted. Car was nearly new and in excellent condition. I would be very happy to rent from them in the future.

I received the car with a displayed driving range of 690 km. When I returned it, the dashboard showed 710 km of remaining range, yet I was told that the fuel level was insufficient. As a result, I was required to drive to a petrol station and add more fuel.

I do not believe this is fair, and the explanation I was given is not logical. I have a photo of the dashboard clearly showing 690 km of remaining range when I collected the vehicle.

I was told that the displayed range depends on the driver’s driving style. If that is the case, how can the remaining fuel be assessed based on the displayed range? The previous driver may have driven more or less economically than I did, which would directly affect the estimated range. Therefore, the displayed autonomy is not a reliable or objective measure of the actual fuel level.

For this reason, I believe it was incorrect to require me to add fuel based solely on the estimated driving range.

I think over the experience was ok

I expected a vehicle like the one I requested and paid a premium for, but got something smaller with no backup camera

The car was new (1400km in total) and the team was professional.
