I would especially like to praise the employee who went above and beyond to help me in the middle of the night, even though it was outside regular business hours.

My original rental car company had already closed for the day, leaving me without a vehicle. Despite this, the employee took the time to assist me and managed to arrange a car for me at such a late hour.

His exceptional helpfulness, commitment, and customer service were truly appreciated. In a situation like this, it makes a huge difference to have someone who genuinely cares about helping the customer.

I loved my experience with Locauto Group. The staff were very attentive and polite, not to mention the price, which was the lowest we found. The car was spotlessly clean! Check-in took a little while because it was very busy but check-out took less than 5 minutes. I certainly won't hesitate to book with Locauto again.

Everything was absolutely perfect and fast. I highly appreciate that the car was new and clean, which made the driving experience great. The entire pick-up and drop-off process was completely smooth and professional. I will gladly use their services again and repeat the experience.

Unfortunately, we must change the car after some days because the read oil lamp started blinking in the display constantly which costed us some vacation time and caused a feeling of insecureness. Everything else, staff, service,comms was fine.

We did our booking through a broker, Auto Europe. On arrival we discovered that our booking was only valid from the following day. We contacted Auto Europe and not only were they rude but very unobliging to both myself and Sabrina who was dealing with our booking. Please do not use Auto Europe as brokers.
Sabrina, went over and beyond to try accommodate us as best possible, and came up with a solution. She was fantastic, efficient professional and we appreciated her compassion in dealing with our dilemma.
Equally Massimo who did the car check with us was very friendly, and helpful on both the days we picked up and returned cars. They made a difficult situation a pleasure.

I look for some reviews before booking and most of them were good, so I finally decided to book with Locauto and turns out to be better than I expected. I booked an Opel Corsa manual and they got me a Fiat 600 automatic almost brand new. Staff and service were amazing, easy and without surprises. And the price was the best. Fully recommended !
