Smooth and Friendly Car Rental
I had a great experience renting from Locauto in Sicily! The pick-up process was quick and easy, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The car was spotless and ran perfectly throughout our trip. Plus, the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Hidden Costs - Very Disappointing
When booking the rental car, I was assured that the price I paid covered the entire cost. However, during check-in, I was informed that since the drop-off location differed from the pick-up location, an additional fee might be applied. Unfortunately, the company, LOCAUTO, did indeed charge this additional fee. This hidden cost was not disclosed during the booking process, which left me feeling misled and dissatisfied. I expected transparency, but this experience was far from it.

Everything as expected. Nothing special to pay attention to. Nice little car.
One thing - when returning a car it would be nice that someone from Locauto would come and check the car if everything is ok, no damage, no new scratches. This is for the peace of mind that there wil be no surprises later.

Italian hire car with barely a scratch👍
The car was fairly new with only one noticeable scratch on a wheel trim. Very good for Italy! Nice to drive and clean inside and out. The only downside was no water in the windscreen washer.
Pick up and drop off was easy.
