Nice car spotlessly clean. Very pleasant staff both at the check-in desk and at pick-up point 60meters away. Check in was quick and easy. This is the third time we have used this company and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Locauto in multiple occasions. The staff are efficient and polite and in my experience do not look for faults nor reasons to make additional charges. In Pisa their car lot is directly opposite the rental centre making it a few yards walk from the desk to your car.

Great car, new Fiat 600 hybrid. Great mileage and navigation. We needed to change our drop off point from Milano to Rome. They made it super easy.
But don’t make the mistake that we did. We missed the last gas station before entering the Rome airport craziness. So we returned it 1/3 full. We knew we would pay a premium but on top of that is a 50 euro penalty! Steep. But customer service was very kind and professional.

Perfect service in all aspects

We were served very politely and with a smile. I had accidentally mixed up the reservation and thought I was supposed to pick up the car a day earlier. Despite this, the guy at the counter helped us find a solution, and we were able to make a new reservation on the spot. They gave us a brand-new car, and that’s how our Italian vacation got off to a great start.

They were fantastic. We'd booked with a different company and when we arrived that company tried to scam us for extra cash, so we cancelled and had to find something else at the last minute. Locauto group staff were really kind and helpful, the car was affordable, and basically new. It was all done with no fuss at all, and without needing a deposit. The car was perfect. Drop off was just as easy. Literally no criticisms at all!

Everything was great! We got a modern car which was basically a "better" version of the picture online. There was no problem with the car. When we "checked out" everything was in order and quick.
