ALSO, WE WERE MADE TO SIGN THE CONTRACT BEFORE SEEING THE CAR WHEN IT ARRIVED NOT GIVING US ENOUGH TIME TO CJECK THE CAR WHICH WAS NOT AS EXPECTED. WE RECEIVED A NISSAN E-POWER X TRAIL INSTEAD OF SKODA ESTATE. ALSO, NO INSTRUCTIONS WERE PROVIDED REGARDING BASICS - START/STOP, AND AUTO SHIFT POR INSTRUMENT PANELS.

Daniel made our car rental experience absolutely outstanding. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment we arrived. The whole process was quick and hassle-free, and he even surprised us with a complimentary car upgrade, which made our trip even better.
Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. Daniel was welcoming, explained everything clearly, and made us feel valued as customers. The company is doing a great job by having staff who genuinely care about providing a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free car rental experience. there were no hidden fees or unexpected charges!

Very Reliable car rental
All steps, from booking the car until returning it back wenr very smoothly. The car was great (we were upgraded, thank you) and relaible.
The only thing: returning the car at Bari Centrale was a bit challenging: the car park very full, and finding the key box for returning the key was by far not easy (just mentioning that the box is in the "office" doesn't sya what office - it is located in the room for ticket payment!). But everything else was perfect ...

However we received a different car from the one I asked and paid for, two days later we could changed it without any problem, though. Nice people at Lecce and Bari branches. Thank you!!

Great experience
We had to hire a car from them in Lecce due to a public transport strike and they were brilliant. Dropping it off at their Bari train station location requires some wits about you but I would definitely use Locauto again.
