Great staff, great car!
Very good reception service in the airport, short shuttle to P3 parking where all the rental cars sit. Easy pick-up, easy drop-off, car was nice, clean, almost new (Fiat 600 hybrid).

The only thing I think could be improved is making sure customers receive the car brand and model they actually booked.
When making my reservation, I booked a Jeep Avenger. However, at the pick-up point, a very polite lady informed me that I would be given a Skoda Kamiq instead.
It’s not a major issue, but it would be nice to receive the car that you actually paid for and booked.

The car was great – brand new, straight from the dealership. Everything was well organized and ran smoothly. The shuttle bus transfers from the airport to the rental location were well planned and convenient.
Everything was fine overall. The lady at the airport office could have been a little friendlier... Apart from that, everything went smoothly and was perfectly fine

Fast check-in, new car, no nonsense service. The car was not properly washed on the outside, however and there was no windscreen wash fluid.

I rent locauto car by booking.com with full insurance. When I got the car I was told by locauto clerk that online "full insurance" is not full at all and I need to buy another insurance if I want to be covered fully. This seems to me as a fraud. I would never rent a car by these companies - locauto and booking.com.

When you purchase "full coverage" through a broker like Booking.com, you are buying their independent protection plan. This type of policy usually works on a reimbursement basis and does not directly waive the deductibles (excess) with Locauto. Furthermore, because this is a separate agreement between you and the broker, Locauto does not have visibility into the specific policies purchased on their website.
Our staff is trained to inform customers about our own direct coverage options, which immediately eliminate or reduce the excess at our rental desk. However, please know that our coverages are entirely optional. You are always completely free to decline them and rely on the protection you already purchased through the broker, based on your personal needs.
We apologize if this situation caused you any distress or felt misleading, as transparency is a priority for us. We truly hope you might reconsider and give us another opportunity in the future to provide you with a smoother, 5-star experience.

I arrived about 30 minutes early
I arrived about 30 minutes early. An unfriendly woman informed me that the car was not ready. I came back 30 minutes later and was allowed to choose between two cars. This means the cars were actually available. The insurance cost four times more than with other companies. No thanks, never again.

service, the car was changed before pick up 3 times as car which was boocked by me they would not able to find, after investigation told that my car is on washing, but even after 30 min of waiting they did not found my car and gave another one which was really dirty and not cleaned.
