The crew at localbird, namely Aldi and Lola were extremely helpful during my bachelor party to Costa Rica. They went above and beyond to make sure we had plenty of things to do but also helped troubleshoot when things sometimes went wrong. They were extremely communicative and quick to respond and I had full trust in them from the beginning. Thank you for everything!

I booked airport transportation for a round trip. Jorge and everyone on the team were very kind, accommodating, and even offered to take us to a grocery store along the way per our request. They arrived early and helped with all bags and luggage. Amazing drivers! 10/10

We had a great experience working with Localbird and especially working with Lola and Lara for our recent family vacation to Costa Rica. They were very responsive whenever we reached out to them and helped guide us and organize us for our trip. We highly recommend them and their services!

The customer service and attention to detail was as outstanding as you can get. Aldi helped me tremendously and was swift to respond and help. The vendors that they use were all top-notch. I don't want leave out Aldi's extraordinary team.

The team at Localbird was super responsive, polite and helpful. We got groceries delivered so they were at our Airbnb when we arrived. We also booked airport shuttles and massages through them.

I used localbird.io to book 3 trips during my vacation after I arrived. They were constantly helpful and positive, despite several hiccups with the payment systems. When a tour fell through they immediately searched out another for me. Before each tour they provided detailed information about where to meet, what to bring etc. It was definitely 5 star service

The communication is absolutely perfect. The way they accommodated my family with quick pit stops along the way to our destination was amazing. Our driver was so helpful and was very insightful about certain locations and accommodations. So extremely nice to me and my family.

I booked a last minute hike for The Mantra Trail in San Jose, Costa Rica and I was impressed by the timely responses and that Localbird made sure my reservation was good to go before I headed out. Booked a horse riding experience in Costa Rica... Spent an hour and a half waiting for our host, meanwhile trying to get things solved through Localbird chat... we got some false excuse why things had gone wrong ( found out the true reason later- entirely on the Localbird side )... we got a replacement experience - not the one we booked - and the promise of a partial refund for the trouble. Never got the refund. So that's underperforming twice. We will definitely never book through this agency again.

The team at Localbird was amazing in every aspect of planning our trip as first time visitors to Costa Rica. The time and help before the trip were so helpful!! They helped ensure we had a great itinerary, help ensure we had transportation covered with drivers to take us to all our spots. They were extremely responsive thru the What'sApp for any last-minute changes, etc. I highly recommend this team and appreciate everything they did to make our trip a success!!

Localbird was great to work with, they went above & beyond expectations with their service during our trip to Tamarindo. I scheduled a driver to take us from Liberia airport to Tamarindo, but it was for the next day. I messaged them through WhatsApp while we were in line at immigration & realized my error. By the time we got out of the airport, they had another driver waiting for us.

When Jorge dropped us back at the airport at the end of our stay, we left a purse with passports in the car, but didn't realize until he pulled away. We contacted Localbird & they got Jorge to turn around & bring it back.

Great people to work with & their vehicles are nice & clean. Tip: get the driver's WhatsApp number!

Localbird took all the worries and stress away. I requested/asked for things and they delivered promptly. They were available at any time to answer questions or book outings. Communication was fantastic! Highly recommend Localbird!

Unfortunately found this company incredibly difficult to work with. Despite checking and re checking information, was incorrectly booked for an trip which meant last minute changes. Details of experiences were not straightforward and not made clear on websites. I was offered a refund, which was appreciated, but it has taken two months and only when told I'd be seeking external support has action been taken.
We would have loved more events whilst in Costa Rica but so many negative experiences put us off using them.

After getting ghosted for my ride in Cancun I was hesitant to book another ride ahead of time. Localbird did a great job of communicating and updating driver, even with a 2 hour delay in my arrival. The driver was just outside of the airport with a clear sign with my name on it. Friendly and efficient. I'd highly recommend.

Localbird helped me plan my whole trip to Costa Rica and it worked with out a hitch.

Working with Lara and Luna for Localbird in Tulum was very much a customer centered experience. They pride themselves on customer service and personal attention.

Localbird representatives were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient as I sought information on local tours and transportation in Tulum, Mexico. With patience they sought answers to my specific questions by contacting their guides and drivers. I appreciated their assistance and continued commitment to finding the best travel experiences in Tulum. I also was thankful for discounts they offered. Once booked, I received detailed emailed confirmations.
Luna and Lara were especially attentive to my inquiries and were dedicated to finding just what I needed. I highly recommend this professional company.
