I had a massage with livewell after competing at strength in depth and I cannot rate them highly enough! I felt fantastic afterwards.

I have had many sports massages in the past and livewell is the best I’ve had. They were both skilled and knowledgeable. Not only did they help my sore muscles, but I discussed my struggle with overhead mobility and livewell carried out treatments to improve this issue as well as giving stretching advice to help rectify my mobility struggles permanently.

Amazing sports massage with Steve at the strength in depth triple threat competition. After competing I came to the livewell health stand where I spoke to Steve and told him where my aches were following competing. Steve was amazing at safe to say I’m not longer walking around with traps up to my ears anymore 🤣

I have had many massages and seen chiropractors to provide relief for my herniated disc which caused sciatica pain however they only did nothing or caused more pain. I nearly gave up.

I thought I will try once more and found LIVEWELL and thought I would give it a go. On my first call they manage to arrange a massager to come late afternoon on the same day. Fingers crossed.

Michael my massager from LIVEWELL was totally different from the usually massagers that came out. He was very polite and down to earth. When he started he immediately started on my back where my herniated disc was and I was very apprehensive however he started talking to me and started telling me what he was doing and how he was targeting the root of the problem and he was stretching the back muscles etc.. after the massage my back was sore but honestly there was pain relief as well.

The staff are 100% genuine and it's rather amazing what the genuine article can do for people with back pain.

I've been to lot's of therapists over the years looking for someone to help with my back pains as a result of spinal surgery. Steve was brilliant as he was very professional and friendly and knew exactly how to help. Would recommend!

I was recommended LIVEWELL Health by a friend and after having just one session I would highly recommend LIVEWELL Health to anyone who has back/shoulder/neck problems. Marvin came over, i explained the issues and pain i am having, he was very professional and went through different techniques he is using and advise if it was too painful at any point he would switch and make sure i am not in too much of a discomfort. After one hour i felt so so so much better. He also went through different exercises i can do at home to ease my upper back and neck pain. I am very thankful for Marvin and would definitely recommend him!! I am 100% using LIVEWELL Health again, 5 stars!!

I work as a Sports Therapist for King's Lynn Town FC and was looking for extra help with the player's recovery sessions. LIVEWELL was recommended and I couldn't fault them.

Steve was brilliant with the organisation and running of the couple of hours he was with us at training. The recovery hub consisted of Ice baths, Sauna pods, Compression trousers and Theraguns.

The boys thoroughly enjoyed their experience and was found to be very beneficial. Would highly recommend and hope to bring Steve in again soon!

Auzher was very professional and knowledgeable in his field. He gives good sound practical advice and was able to rectify issues. I would have no issues recommending him for MSK related problems

First time having reflexology. I had it for sciatica in pregnancy. Elle was lovely and put me right at ease. The treatment was great and very relaxing. It was great to have the treatment at home as it made it so easy. Would definitely recommend and will be booking in again soon.

I would highly recommend Hollie, she is a great professional therapist, who ensures her massage is tailored to suit you. Adapting her massage therapy techniques to help relieve and reduce any muscle knots as well as providing relaxation. She provides a 5 star service!

I was searching for Pregnancy massage and found Livewell Health on Google and was impressed by the good reviews. I was able to book a pregnancy massage on the phone with Diane who is a lovely person and very helpful. It’s very convenient that a therapist can come out to your home for the treatment at a minimal extra travel charge, depending on where they are travelling from. It was very convenient for me and I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Katie came with all her equipment and fresh soft towels and set up the bed comfortably for me. Grape-seed oil was used and relaxing music to go with the massage and we had a nice chat and she advised me regarding any health concerns I had. I didn’t want the massage to end!
I would definitely book again with Livewell Health and try the other treatments too next time.

Emma is professional and expert in her profession and really understands my difficulties in terms of my health. She is approachable, friendly and gives me some good suggestions. She is also flexible and very accommodating with her appointments and uses a personalised approach.

Arranged corporate massages for our recent staff anchor day and they were very much welcomed! Steve was very responsive (despite me arranging whilst he was on holiday) and was flexible when we had to make a last minute change to our requirements. Fantastic experience from start to finish, starting with booking for a session followed by updates on cancellations to see if you want to bring forward the appointment.
Alison (Physio) was excellent, made us fell welcome and very relax. She knowns her stuff and fully explain everything she was doing to pin point the issue and what treatment was appropriate. We will be going back in a couple of weeks time. Excellent service
