Over a months wait for a milk warmer. Now it came and it is very poor quality. The box came all the way from china and was ruined.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Livvewell.
My order was delayed for approximately 50 days, which is far beyond any reasonable delivery timeframe. Throughout this period, communication was unclear and inconsistent, and I had to repeatedly follow up myself to receive updates. I also did not receive any automatic confirmation or tracking information for my package, with the completion of payment, which added to the uncertainty and frustration.
When the package finally arrived, it was not delivered to my address as expected, and I had to collect it directly from the post office.
To make matters worse, I was asked to pay additional VAT charges at the time of collection. This came as a complete surprise, as I had not been informed in advance of any additional fees. I was under the impression that the total amount I initially paid covered all costs, including delivery.
The 50-day delay, lack of proper communication, absence of tracking confirmation, unexpected additional charges, and the inconvenience of collecting the parcel myself made this an extremely frustrating experience. Unfortunately, due to how this matter was handled from beginning to end, I will not be purchasing from Livvewell again, nor will I be recommending their services to others.

Can't even get information on products

Since May 2024 I've been emailing livewellproject (at the email they have provided on their website and in replies on Trustpilot), trying to get information on the ingredients and materials of the melatonin patches but they still haven't replied. I only got an automatic email receipt on the 4.08.2024. Full ingredients and materials information is essential due to my allergies and I cannot safely trial the product without it.

Order No #36986 15th July. On receipt I do not think I have received the correct item as this pillowcase feels synthetic. I have two other silk pillowcases and this feels totally different. I contacted Livewell on 21st July and received an automatic reply stating that it would be responded to by customer service within 48 hours. It is now 29th July and I am still waiting after sending several reminder emails. I have been totally ignored and am astounded by the lack of courtesy. Arrived damaged but replaced the very next day, all secure and boxed better, and a lovely calming crystal as a gift.

Item is lovely however the glass dome was damaged.
I reported this and sent images.
I received one response asking for a better picture of the damage. I again sent the picture and damage was highlighted but there has been no response and no replacement sent.

Not impressed. Still haven’t received my item, no one has bothered to respond to my queries. Although, to be fair, it’s possibly not on them - they’ve used Evri, so it’s anyone’s guess as to wear my package might be

Disgusting company with disgusting customer service. Watch out for this company they are scam artist. They blocked my emails when I chased them for a refund of a scratched item I brought. So sent them an email from another account which they responded to and said the manager is happy with a part refund for a poor quality bracelet that was sent out all scratched.
Unfortunately the positive reviews posted are probably just written by friends of the company and not honest or real.
Don’t be fooled by this company especially coming up to Christmas, I definitely wouldn’t give anything from this company as a gift.

After being told via email I would get a full refund after being sent a scratched item, I got a part refund -3 emails later they are ignoring me. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!! use a reputable company instead!

Beautiful pendant, terrible packaging
The actual stone was beautiful, but the packaging was awful and the chain itself wasn’t particularly nice. I will be buying another chain to go with the pendant.
