We’re a little surprised by this review as you messaged us at 14:16 on the 8/11 informing us the frame was delivered damaged and at 14:18 on the 8/11 we apologised and shipped you a replacement.
In fact today today (on a Sunday) at 17:46 you sent us a message and we responded at 17:49 providing the Royal Mail tracking reference saying it was at Manchester, you even responded with (and we quote) “ Thankyou
UPDATE - We responded within 2 minutes of your original email and then again on a Sunday within 3 minutes to advise that the replacement frame was with Royal Mail at your local distribution centre
