Great customer service New One Change Store
Great customer service at the New One Change store, Olly the store manager gave fantastic service and really helped me to pick out the perfect gift.
Amazing customer service can't be…
Amazing customer service can't be happier with their help with my earrings.
Thank you so much Links of London there was great sentimental value in this piece of jewellery . I couldn't be happier to have my earrings back .
I bought and ring and got a watch…
I bought and ring and got a watch delivered instead. Not sure what was going in there warehouse but they are surely wasting time in giving my refund. Their mistake and have to still wait on top of that!! Terrible customer service!
Inferior quality!!
Was given a dreamcatcher pendant for christmas 2016, i have worn this 4 or 5 times since and everytime i have ive made sure that i don't spray perfume etc on it or near it also its kept in its almost air tight box.
I have lots of other silver jewellery so know how to take proper care of it, my problem is the chain itself always tarnishes and looks terrible! Ive tried cleaning with a silver cloth and solution but it still looks awful! I have complained to Links but they are not interested probably because its nearly 2 years old, but as i said I've worn 4/5 times max. Terrible quality from a supposedly quality jeweller! Very dissapointed!

I wish I had never ordered from this…
I wish I had never ordered from this company. Paid for a bracelet with next day delivery, money taken but no bracelet! After the second day of no delivery I called them and eventually got an email saying it would be delivered the following day. No bracelet arrived! The worst thing about it is my emails are ignored and it’s impossible to get to speak to a customer service agent. I really don’t know where to go from here. I just wish I had read the reviews before ordering but really didn’t expect such disgusting service from a company like Links. Do not order from them. They don’t deserve your hard earned money!
Don’t buy online
I purchased a christening gift on a Sunday for a gift the following weekend and received a confirmation. By Wednesday I had no dispatch notification so I emailed customer services who did not respond. On Thursday I phoned to be told all agents busy and they would phone me back, they did not. On Friday I phoned to be told the same again. I complained that their service was unacceptable and I needed to know that day what was happening. I received an email an hour later to say my item was out of stock and they had cancelled my order! Not impressed at all.
shared very similar bad experience
shared very similar experience. bought a ring online and paid for standard delivery. After almost a month of waiting I contacted customer service. got a reply blaming royal mail (which i doubt was the real reason of orders no show) and queried if i would like my item to be re-sent again. no apology for such a delay without any updates whatsoever. left it at that and waited for my order to be re-sent. after three weeks of no show contacted customer service again- no apology or update why my order hadnt arrived after SECOND attempt, just dry sentence that refund that i requested has been sent. literally worst customer service/online experience. If i would not had chased them up, they would just keep the money without sending product. I would not recommend their services.
Terrible
Terrible. Took money but just didnt deliver. Apparently they had a technical issue.
Had to contact them and they no longer had any stock so instead of letting me know they just ignore the order. Could tell me where a shop was to go to. Pointless
Avoid.
Atrocious quality
Atrocious quality. I bought one of their pens for over £50 so I could use it at work and after only a few days it got some horrible scratches. I kept it and continued using it and it’s now been a year and it looks horrible with the amount of scratches it has. Do not buy from Links if you’re looking for quality products that will last for a while.
Links of London St Albans branch - Worst Customer Service
I visited the St Albans branch of Links of London after looking online for some charms. When I entered the shop I asked if they had the two charms I wanted and mentioned I had seen them online but thought I would support the branch by purchasing from them. The cost of the charms was £85.00 I gave £90.00 cash. The assistant didn't have enough change in the till to give me so asked the manager to open the other so that I can have the change. The manager was so reluctant to do this she got the assistant to give my £5.00 change in small change - I had over £1.00 in 5 pence's, £1.00 in 10 pence's some 20 and 50 pence's. The assistant after clearing out the till still didn't have enough so she went to her purse and got out 10p to make up the change. The assistant asked me if I was happy with this and I said No. The manager then turned round to me and said customers don't normally pay by cash. Worst customer service I have ever had.
Don't buy a sweetie 18K Rose Gold…
Don't buy a sweetie 18K Rose Gold Vermeli bracelet, when it turns a different colour after 6 months they will tell you it's wear and tear !!! Has anybody heard of a genuine rose gold bracelet changing colour after 6 months, surely you would expect when spending £200 for this not to happen ! Will never buy a Links product again
Really disappointed with their online…
Really disappointed with their online service. Ordered a ring as a present to be delivered next day. No show. Rang to complain and got an answering service. No one called me back so had to ring again. Barely an apology and blamed the courier. No accountability from them at all. Crap customer service. Won't be buying from them again.
Do not ever buy their stuff online
Do not ever buy their stuff online. They are stalling your time for a refund given so many excuses.
Luckily in th end , Paypal refunded me for the purchase I had not decided to keep.

Helped me to choose the correct piece of jewellery and were very accommodating. The staff were very helpful and great customer service from beginning to end.
I had gone into links London at the…
I had gone into links London at the Yorkdale Mall location in Toronto and a saleswomen named Julie decided to not even acknowledge that I was in the store. I said hello to her and asked if their were any package deals with charms, she said no and walked away and continued to ignore me. I wanted to buy my mother a charm for her bracelet for her birthday and will definitely not be going back into that store. I purchased a pandora charm instead. Thanks Julie for making me spend my money somewhere more worth my time.
Shoddy item- shoddy response case ref 156283
case ref 156283
I bought Links of London Thames sterling silver round stud earrings from Secret Sales for £35 on 29/1/18 (I would always prefer to buy from LOL but LOL website was sold out). Recently I took one of earrings out of my ear and the stalk broke off from the stud part. Secret Sales refused to refund or replace. Secret Sales have denied me my consumer rights - after 30 days I am entitled to a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. In view of this, I approached LOL as the manufacturer of the item. As far as I am concerned the earrings must have had some inherent fault - they should not have broken like that after such a short time.
LOL have also refused to do anything.
It isn't right that neither company will do anything - I shouldn't be in the position where I have no recompense for shoddy products.
I will not be buying from LOL again. I am so disappointed by their response -I had thought they were a good company. They clearly don't care about customer satisfaction.

Avoid
Bought a ring for my disabled mother who rarely leaves the house, the ring has fallen to pieces ( relevant to their claim of ware and tare). The ring is 3 months out of their warranty and will only offer repair.
Therefore be careful of buying inferior quality items from this over marketed company. I purchased the ring from Fenwicks Newcastle
While talking to their Mr. Davidson head of Fenwicks customer services, I pointed out that I felt the ring is of poor quality and faulted he said I was entitled to my opinion!
My opinion is that he / Fenwick seem to have recently adopted an unfortunate arrogance tied to their concessions. I will never buy another item from Links and certainly be very cautious if buying from Fenwicks.
Terrible service
Terrible! I purchased a bracelet to give as a present, and they put one in the box for me. I opened the box to check it hadn’t fallen out of the little holder before I gave it and it had tarnished and looked disgusting! How can I give something like that as a present.
I emailed Links of London to let them know I had been given a tarnished bracelet, and they replied and told me silver tarnishes and it’s not their problem.
I know silver tarnishes, but not quick enough to look horrible when giving it as a gift!!!

over here Links of London cannot delete customer feedback
in here links of london cannot delete my feedback as they did on their facebook and the worse part i was accused for harassment from links of london because of my feedback....
1. I felt stalked and harassed when links of london brent cross store manager contacted my private employer 12/12/2017.
2. on the 20/11/2017 15:05 i was discriminated from links of london brent cross store manager because of my accent and the tone of my voice.
3. in December 2017 Links of London deleted my feedback from their facebook page and the feedback it was about my experiences and discrimination that i constantly received from few links of london brent cross staff. ( I have image to proof my feedback and now that feedback don't exist on Links of London facebook Page.)
4. 20/12/2017 I send an official complaint to Links of London customer care team and yet 02/03/2018 nothing heard from them other than being prosecuted from the police and my freedom to move free around brent cross shopping centre is been violated from links of london. and my rights as customer and a member of public is been violated from links of london.
Poor customer services
Sadly I have agree with many of the comments below. Links of London (LoL) customer services are poor.
I had a silver bracelet from LoL almost 18 months ago. In that time it has broken twice. The first time I took it into a store who sent it away for repair without any issues. More recently it broke again and after calling customer services for advice I posted my bracelet back to LoL at the end of Oct ‘17. I received an acknowledgment email on 2 Nov ‘17 to say they expected the repair to take 10 working days.
It is now the 2 February ‘18 and I still don’t have my bracelet. I have called and written to customer services so many times and was told differing stories (I was promised that repairs were taking longer than normal, but would all be returned by Christmas).
After many calls, thankfully my complaint was escalated to a supervisor who has now apologised and advised my bracelet was repaired but they were not happy with the quality of the job so will be sending me a whole new bracelet! (I think they lost it...).
Hoping my new bracelet arrives at some point!
LoL have gone down in my estimations and I would not look to buy from them again.
