I bought a ring that clearly states its Sterling silver and hallmark. I wore it a few times and the ring turn black and not looking silver anymore. I decided to take it to an independent jeweller and was told its not Sterling Silver but metal. I have allergy to metals and I was getting itchy finger and swollen. Only realised that it was the metal. I knew straight away that fortuna jewellery isn't real they fake.
I have plenty silver jewellery and they remain shine and colour never change. After few wear you can clearly see the difference.
I contacted Fortuna jewellery and was told that they have 14 days return policy and would not refund me my money. They knew full well that after few wear it will change that is why they have a strict return policy.
My advise to fellow customers to be extremely careful and DO NOT buy jewellery from this company.

These little craps hacked my best friends instagram account to advertise their jewelry. Not only is the jewelry FAKE but they go to ILLEGAL extends to advertise their jewelry. Disgusting.

These horrible people prey on people trying to scam them into buying their cheap products at an unbelievable price and shipping then end up not sending anything.

Did not receive any news on arrival. Reached out to customer services several times with no word. I have no idea if I'll ever get my package.

Haven’t gotten my package in almost 2 months and I tried contacting them and they don’t answer. It’s a rip off.

SCAM!!! Never received my product. I was given a discount code that didn't work. They took full price from my account and a month later I still do not have the jewelry they charged me for.

They offered me free products for instagram post I just had to pay the shipping so I did. So that was 3 month ago and there is no products yet!! No one answered me on e mails or instagram official site. SCAM!!!!!

Product is amazing and I would definitely recommend to others. However I was contacted about a deal and after I sent confirmation of the purchase I was ghosted.. very rude 10/10 made me sad

Venus fortuna is a HUGE scam. The jewelry is extremely low quality and is not even worth the price of the shipping. One of the rings I ordered was made out of plastic and one of the stones fell out as soon as I took it out of the package.

The exchange with the company was warm and fluid. They really make you feel the brand's values and what they stand for. Every piece is unique and absolutely gorgeous. I'm so lucky for having this experience

I can say that I'm very pleased with my items. The packaging is excellent and convenient but not only that the jewelry that came with was very lovely, the quality of the jewelry is excellent. Would recommend it to anyone looking for jewelry or gifts.
