New user

New user, got it, some difficuty sizing it, accomplished. Clasp is difficult to operate. Looks good. Can this band be worn in the water. From the rusted clasp comments, looks like not. Price is relatively high for quality.

Watch out for this brand

Watch out for this brand. They are great at marketing and poor at support and the quality is not there. Check other cheaper options on Amazon and have the confidence that at least Amazon will back up your order.

Note: they delete negative comments from instagram which I suspect is a top selling channel for them.

Perfect titanium match for the Ultra

Brilliant titanium strap that perfectly matches the Apple Watch Ultra 👌.

I upgraded to the magnetic clasp titanium Apple Watch strap and gave the original to a friend. So have had both watches and also had some contact with Watches of Cupertino for an issue that they rectified rapidly and with great care and politeness.

The watch itself is perfect. It looks like Apple made it. If Apple made it they would charge $500 if not more!

5/5 for product quality and vendor service 🙂.

Really annoyed

I made an order on April 26 and I haven’t anything yet, only a short answer saying that it would be delivered in 9 days, it’s been almost two weeks and nothing. Your customer service and delivery is just sucks.apparently you only concern about getting orders and then you just don’t care much. When you go through the reviews you’ve realized that there is many complaints about your service. I need to know what happened to my order, and when do I supposed to get it . I would appreciate your prompt response. Never gonna buy anything from you again,

Non existent customer service

I purchased this watch strap a couple of months ago.
The other day I was walking down the street in New York and felt that my watch was no longer on my wrist.
It turns out that the pin holding the links broke, as a result the watch fell into my sleeve.
I had to rush out to the apple store to get a new watch strap.

I have emailed multiple times and this company does not bother to respond.

Don’t waste your money.

Order never arrived

Placed an order on Jan 20 and no sight of my order yet on Feb 7. Have emailed the customer service team twice with no response.

Website says it ships from their UK warehouse and takes 2-4 days for UK delivery - clearly not the case as the tracking link shows the journey began in China.

One of the best bands

One of the best bands. Got the titanium for my Apple Watch ultra and it matches very well as was shown in the adverts. Makes it look way more sophisticated

Saw this on instagram initially

Saw this on instagram initially - ordered the strap - fit nicely and it was straightforward to take off some links. The quality however is not there as the paint chips off of the strap and the strap will also randomly open/ unclip when wearing it. No contact number for them - online filled out a form to contact and no response unfortunately.
