An estate agent unlike any you will find in UK. This english speaking company will go an extra mile to help you set up in France. But most importantly, they strive to find property to really meet your requirements, evolving amd refining the portfolio after each viewing, picking up on likes and dislikes to optimise your viewing time.

Allan was always on the end of the phone when we needed him. Also, negotiated a very good price for the house. As we are based in England he was knowledgeable about what was required in the French housing process.

Tanya at Limousin property agents is simply brilliant.
I could go on and on about how she made what could have been a potentially very confusing and stressful time, a breeze!
I myself work in the UK property industry and trust me I know how stressful it gets, so imagine buying aboard!!! I had many sleepless nights about how buying abroad would go prior to meeting Tanya and finding the perfect property, given different laws, language barriers, etc... but as soon as i spoke to Tanya (and we had dealings with serval agents during our search) she was different straight away, so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted and so helpful i knew instantly she would make our experience a whole lot easier, so i was super happy when she was the one to find us the right house, again because she actually listened to what we wanted and found us the one that ticked all our boxes.
From viewings to completion, nothing was too much trouble, she talked us through EVERYTHING clearly and the icing on the cake... she even helped us with the connection of all our utilities on the day of completion and beyond, she is still there for us now with any questions we have during our settling in period.
I did not feel stressed once, I still cannot believe how it all went through without me feeling stressed, I can only put it down to one simple answer, having the right agent to guide us through the process.
I would not hesitate for a second in recommending Tanya at limousin property agents to anyone, buying or selling, in fact I already have!
