Tanya Bright sold me my house 10 years ago and acted as house agent in my recent move. During that time she was generally helpful and professional but her attitude towards me in the last few moments of being in my beloved home was inexcusable. I was shouted at and insulted in front of the new owners and made to feel wholly inadequate - her complaint being that the kitchen was not clean enough, in spite of my paying a cleaner for a whole day beforehand. I was deeply shaken and hurt. There are better ways of communicating and certainly more professional ones.

Great communication easy to deal with, the agency shows professionalism from start to finish with full transparency of costs and process. This is the second time we have used the agents and would definitely use again.

After finding our house through Berthou Immobilier the process could not have been soother with Alan, our agent, guiding us every step of the way from start to finish. I cannot recommend the Agency and Alan enough if you should find your property with them they went above and beyond.

On the sale of my house in Objat, Berthou Immo were very positive estate agents who solved problems, kept me calm and kept the process moving.
They are also bilingual which was a big help with technical points.

From beginning to completion we were so pleased with everything Alan at Berthou Immobilier - Coussac Bonneval did to make selling our French home a good experience. We had a much loved holiday home in the Dordogne that needed selling as our children had left home and our lives had
got busier. Most agents were downbeat about our chances with Brexit etc but Tanya was amazing. She was a whirlwind of energy and efficiency with marketing, advice and viewings. Dealing with the sale of property from England during a global pandemic is not an easy task, coupled with the fact that I was selling my property with an unreasonable ex-partner.
