We met Allan originally when looking to buy another French property and appreciated his open and honest approach which was quite refreshing. When it came to selling our existing house Limousine Property Agents were therefore the only logical choice and have proved to be exceptional. We had regular viewings and achieved a sale far quicker than anticipated and then have found the whole process a breeze with Allan steering the sale expertly. For the Brits seeking a new adventure they were a bonus because they all spoke English and were sympathetic to our needs and our lack of knowledge. Two of them are British.
Also they seem to have a great rapport with the local laws and people of influence = e.g the Notaires etc etc
They really put the UK estate agents to shame.

We visited the Limousin one weekend in October 2016, we had a list of 30 or so properties that we liked the look of and wanted to view similar. We had discussed our "wants" with Tanya before we left the UK, but we didn't expect to come away after one weekend of viewing having found and purchased our dream house.

Tanya and Alan really understood our needs, listened to us and worked with us whilst our plans evolved over that weekend, it was their local knowledge and patience that meant we were able to achieve our dreams.
