I ordered a present from here with plenty of time for delivery for Christmas as per their shipping policy.
I still have not received my parcel and it’s the 29th December so the present did not come in time for Christmas. I have emailed the company on two separate occasions and have heard nothing.

Stay away!! Wish I'd read the reviews. Exactly same experience. Cheap goods, nothing like the pictures. When you try to return they push back. I returned to China at my cost thinking I'd at least get something back, but tracked package sitting in customs. suspect address doesn't exist. Have been in touch with Trading Standards.

Con artists, stay well away. Goods come from abroad and can't be returned. Quality poor too.

ZERO STARS bought 2 smiley face jumpers - supposed to be oversized in the sale meant to be £70 each paid £33 each -when they arrived it did not look possible that 2 jumpers would be in such a small package - I ordered the biggest they did at XL 14-16 - NO CHANCE true to size, quality rubbish my daughter tried them on ( who is a size 4) they fit her as normal jumpers - but are meant to be oversized so she should of been swamped by them- I emailed the company
I was offered to keep the jumpers that where no use and offered 15% refund - I declined as wanted full refund - I was informed I could return them at my own cost to china £150 to return - then once checked I may get a refund- what a joke - I disputed this and then was informed it’s all in their returns policy ( which does not state you are returning them to china) it only states you can return them for a full refund ( so as stupid as I am I thought the company was in London) I was then offered a 30% refund and to keep them - I have now raised a claim through my bank as items are falsely advertised and refund policy does not stipulate paying return postage to china - not holding my breath as this company will have some way of wrangling it’s way around a fraud claim

How I wish I’d come here first before I purchased what looked like a gorgeous dress. It’s called the Cristina Maxi Dress – I purchased 1 in grey, 1 in beige.
Shipping time was ok but as soon as I took delivery, based on the weight of the package, my heart sank. There was no way the package contained 2 dresses. Oh but it did! And how horrendous they were. I wish I could post photos on here. Absolutely disgusting brushed nylon v’s the heavy wool dresses they advertise. I feel such a fool. Trying ever so hard to return, they keep ignoring my pleas with offers.
1st response came 3 days later asking me why I was returning
I emailed again asking to return the dresses and request for a refund.
2nd response came 2 days later telling me instead of returning and incurring return costs they would prefer to offer me 15% refund.
I refused and asked again to return the dresses and request a refund.
3rd response came 3 days later offering me a 30% refund and a gift card worth “60%” for future purchases.
I refused and advised I was asking for the 4th time for my money back.
They responded 1 day later advising me that it was not beneficial to the environment or sustainability to return my goods and returns would be costly and best avoided.
I feel this is very unprofessional and at the worst quite threatening.
I’m at a loss on how to proceed and feeling very down about the whole situation.

Shirts looked nothing like the picture and size is huge for a uk large. Lily-Rose London are based in china so uk consumer rights doesn’t apply. Return carriage to china is at your cost. I won’t buy again.

Horrendous!!!!!! Please do not buy anything from this company!! They are masquerading as a company in London selling quality products when in actual fact they are based in China selling Temu quality products at high street prices. I ordered 2 jackets and 1 pair of trousers, they have no labels telling you what materials they’re made from and no washing instructions!!
The first jacket to arrive after 2 weeks was the wrong colour and the print on the material was upside down and back to front, they have insisted that the jacket I received was correct and the professional photographer makes a green jacket look gray 💩 although they do sell that particular jacket in green 🤔
Please do not order anything from this company they are ripping people off and you’ll certainly be extremely disappointed.
I have sent all of the correspondence to American Express to get my money returned these companies are trading illegally on the internet and there needs to be more protection from these unscrupulous companies.

This is a scam! Clothes are nothing like the picture, when you return at your cost (I spent £36), packge is stuck and you have to pay additional fees which were never mentioned. I lost a lot of money, DO NOT BUY

My recent experience of buying from this company was 100% negative. They took my money, shipped something of far less quality and value and in any case what I did not order, offered to compensate in kind, refused to refund cash unless I shipped the goods back to China at my own expense (would have been over 50% of the purchase price!), no contact numbers in London or GB at all so all I got back from my several emails included one saying that cheap polyester was a good wool imitation!! plus their standard emails telling me to check T&Cs etc etc. Based on my experienceI I would say the MO of Lily Rose London to commit fraud on unsuspecting customers. I will be contacting Trading Standards forthwith.

8 weeks on no product shipped. Nothing London about this shop. No company details registered. Would not recommend transacting with this shopify account.

I should have read the reviews before I bought Everything I've read on the reviews now is EXACTLY right:
Inferior quality, wrong sizing and NOTHING like the product detailed on their website.
PLEASE don't be tempted! Returns to China at your cost and they will do everything not to refund even for returned tracked items.

I wish zero stars was possible for this review. Ordered 2 items I had seen on Pinterest… a jumper and coat. They cost around £66. They arrived, scrunched into a tiny package. They were disgusting quality,,,,and crap sizing. I emailed to try to return the items, and ended up returning them to the address on the parcel marked “Return Address”. This cost over £6.
About 2 weeks later the company returned the items to me…. This time in slightly bigger packaging!!
I entered into a lengthy email trail and eventually they sent me the return address I could use…. In China.
DO NOT order anything from this shitty company. I really hope they go bust. Taking the items to a charity shop.

Do not buy anything from this company... All of the other reviews are spot on - poor quality and when I tried to return an item I was told that it would have to posted to China or they would give a 30% refund !

This is a scam ... I engaged in a lengthy email exchange and still did not get a satisfactory outcome.

One of the worse online retailers I have ever had the misfortune to buy from.

If you want to spend money for very inferior goods that are nothing like what they advertised and find it impossible to return items and feel really ripped off and lose a lot of money then use this company Chinese company at it’s worst

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I wish I had read the reviews before buying from them. The dress was so badly made and after offering me 15%, then 30% off I still returned the item. It cost me £12.50 and I foolishly didn't have it tracked. They are saying they can't offer a refund without a tracking number!

Do not buy anything from this company. I wanted to return my item I’ve been w mailing backward and forwards over a week to try and get a full refund. They say it’s too expensive to return an item the customer has to pay £9.95 to return an item. The quality of the clothing is poor. They offered me a 30% refund to keep the item 😡 I’m still e mailing with them to get a resolution. Do not use this company or buy anything from them I do not recommend them at all.

TERRIBLE. THE QUALITY IS SO BAD AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THEY TRIED TO OFFER ME OTHER OFFERS AND WONT ALLOW ME TO RETURN IT. Actually zero stars jumper absolutely nothing as advertised! When I asked them this they try to fob you off with offers, it’s going back and I’ve reported to trading standards!
