The Log Cabin was delivered on time as stated, and the the cabin was in stalled by your professional staff, very happy with the job all round, thank you great.

new cabin arrived on the planned date ,well packed and was assembled 2 days later , The cabin assembly & quality is second to none . Sealing and painting took a few days but using the quality paint recommended wasn't a chore.I would recommend Lillevilla to anyone that wants a hassle free ,quality cabin at a great price.

I contacted the company with an enquiry regarding a replacement door handle set. An extremely helpful service advisor (Ben) replied promptly and sourced the correct handle set. This is being sent out, free of charge, as a goodwill gesture. Exemplary customer service, thank you.

THE Lillevilla team have been great at every step of the process of purchasing and installing the garden room - to the extent that we have had a double skinned structure installed - a first for Lillevila. We've been really happy with the installations team as well - and this build was a first for them . Just looking forward to getting it painted now - the Lancashire weather has stalled this for a few days.

Just so you know what you’re getting into, we spent £8000 in total on the cabin including fitting but an additional £4000 on a concrete base, paint, painting, flooring and electrics with other contractors.

Lillevilla also has a lot of useful tips on teething problems- after all this is dry virgin wood going into British weather. To our alarm we noticed the front door wouldn’t shut after the recent spell of cold wet weather but we found a video on you tube explaining how the hinges could be adjusted. It worked!

Wow! Amazing service from start to finish.
Chloe in the sales department couldn’t be more helpful she walked us though the whole process.
The Lady that delivered the cabin was diligent and respectful of our property explained the whole process before unloading.
Finally Dan the cabin builder, the man is a machine! Had a work ethic which is rarely seen, his expertise in building the cabin was a pleasure to watch.

Brought a cabin in July 2024 , as instructed coated the inside and outside of the doors .
opening door started to have issues, not closing and unable to lock due to shrinking and bowing at the bottom .
Rang customer care and told that not their problem as I had not stained the inside and outside of the door the same colour , not under warranty.
This year, the door has got worse , now a 20 mm gap at the bottom of the door. Does not lock and now can not use the room as cold .
Spoke to customer care and sent hinge plates , after fitting 4 !! hinge now not even on the frame, and still not closing .
The quality of the door is very poor .
All I want is someone to come and look at it not keep telling me its not their problem after only 16 months

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. This made it an easy purchase. The Log Cabin is excellent quality and very sturdy. Excellent value as well. This was an great buy and looks very smart in my garden. Thank you.

Dealing with the company has been a pleasure and they have been informative throughout the whole process of ordering, and fulfilment. I would recommend this company for consideration. We are now anticipating the installation next.

Mark arrived promptly and did a very good job. Took great trouble to clean up nicely when he had finished. He completed the job in good time and left two very happy customers.

Mark, our installer, worked tirelessly all day, in what was one of the hottest days of the summer! The cabin was great when he finished it and we benefitted from his knowledge and experience in how to look after and paint choice.

From start to finish the staff have been helpful and knowledgeable ensuring we get exactly what we wanted. The sales team were friendly and answered everything truthfully. We got the cabin quickly and it was built so fast and efficient. So amazing how quick it can be put up and ready to go. Thanks to everyone in the whole process, can't wait to get the finishing touches complete and start enjoying the peace.

Floor rotting away because the flooring installation we paid for was not fitted properly. Off cuts used with large gaps . Floor unsafe now. Lillevilla full of excuses and won’t own up to their mistake. I can provide photographs of bad installation and hopes in the floor where it’s rotting away. Would not recommend this company. You don’t see them install the installation so are unaware that anything is wrong because the flooring is put down on top of which should be a fully insulated floor , and it’s only until years later when it starts to rot you are aware of the shoddy workmanship. They cut corners !

The delivery driver was helpful and did a great job. The cabin fitters were exceptional and very professional. It only took two days to install and ready to use. Excellent quality cabin

Firstly, the cabin (453) we purchased is a really great build.
Secondly, what a lovely company to deal with: the initial sales conversations with the wonderful Lynne. The follow-ups when we went back as we changed our mind on the model, plus choosing the paint colour and flooring, the team were helpful and friendly.
To lastly, Mark who built the cabin (on his own in 1.5 days!!!) and Dave who Installed the flooring, both were professional, friendly and helpful.
One minor issue, we missed a link to pay for the paint, so that wasn't ready when installation was completed, but partly our fault too!

A fantastic 360 Cabin from Lillevilla, as far as I’m concerned their Cabins are best on the Market. Ben, Chloe at the show site, White Elm Nursery were great, explained everything and never too busy to chat on the phone or on site the several times I visited them. Also Colin & the team in Scheduling, Delivery & Logistics, very quick & efficient delivery by Ed. The fitters John & Tom were Superb..! Up and built in 2 days. Now all painted and looks great, just a few more coats and done.
