Not living on the mainland, this company went above and beyond to provide a sterling service, and guaranteed delivery. I would highly recommend them, and would definitely purchase from them again.

I am baffled by the rave reviews for customer service. I wrote to Sean on May 5th and again 10 days later asking for a sample which he had promised to deal with 'next day'. Nothing has been received.

2nd purchase. Goods arrived in pristine condition. Company great to deal with. Will use again & again...

We wanted pier caps for our front garden wall however, the colour on their website was not the right colour. So with Sean's assistance and expertise he and his team were able to make them to the required colour. Product and delivery were both fantastic. Communication was great. Nothing was ever too much. We are very happy overall and would highly recommend Cooks Cast Stone.

We’re currently deep into a 12-month house build and I completely missed ordering the window cills — with the builders already offsite, it could have been a real disaster. I ended up taking all the measurements myself (with very little idea what I was doing!) and was pretty stressed trying to sort it quickly.

After some panicked searching, I came across Signature, and I’m so glad I did. Sean was outstanding from start to finish — incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout.

Where other companies were quoting 7–12 week lead times, Sean managed to deliver everything in just 10 days, which honestly saved the situation.

The sundial plinth is a good quality product but 100mm shorter than advertised. The plinth shown in the photo is 520mm not 620mm high. I would not have bought it if I had known.

The sundial is lovely, just right for our garden. Delivery took several days longer than expected, so it arrived after the birthday for which it was a present. The recipient is very pleased with it, now that it's here! It would have been helpful to know that it arrives in several pieces, rather than a whole.

I had to cancel my order due to logistics, Sean was very understanding and agreed to a full refund immediately which I received 3 days later.

The quality of all the parts is superb so I am really pleased with Balustrading,
I'm not happy though with the delivery as I asked them to hold onto the order until I needed it and they agreed but they just sent it out anyway.
This is the company I'm complaining about not the courier.
