Best customer service I have experienced in years. Sadly, is so often lacking these days.
I have an annual membership where I was accidentally charged for services last year that I did not receive. They gave me credit for those services.
My membership got accidentally deleted in the process. They restored it but, I encountered problems accessing it.
I have been in the middle of moving and life has been hectic. They kindly reached out to make sure my access was working.
I greatly appreciate the follow up. Very rare these days. Makes me feel good about doing business with them. Everything is working great now!

Pseudoscientific, overpriced, multiple paywalls, they use the tests to sell supplements. Avoid at all costs.
This company is a scam. Just read the disclaimer on their website. None of the stuff that they say is evidence-based.
First you buy a test (which is way overpriced btw. DNA tests are not this expensive), then they want you to pay them to interpret the results (the person who interprets the results is not qualified at all), then the person who interprets your results tells you are deficient in a bunch of stuff and you need to buy their supplements in order to cure it (none of what they say is true. They maliciously misrepresent what DNA methylation actually is in order to scare you into buying more of their products).
They are preying on people who are uneducated.
Do not give them your money. You can buy cheaper DNA tests elsewhere that are more comprehensive, actually based on scientific evidence, and they don't try to recruit you into a wellness cult.

With respect to DNA methylation, all information on our platform is created from peer-reviewed studies, curated, and vetted by our genomics and research team. We also list out all of the studies/references that are used to generate content for a specific gene or trait so that customers can 1) be confident that the information they're receiving is scientifically robust, and 2) read the studies themselves if they so choose.
Regarding our customer consultants, our LifeDNA consultants (who speak directly with customers to review their reports) come from medical or health sciences backgrounds. They are highly educated and receive additional education on genomics before speaking with customers.
Regarding additional products that are for sale, while our consultants do provide links to LifeDNA products that customers can buy, they also provide suggestions for foods, exercises, and other behaviors (and sometimes competitor products).

I'm not very computer literate and couldn't manage the password stuff. they sent in someone who made it easy and now I have confidence that I will get my results. It is hard nowadays for folks who weren't raised with computers but having a healthy body because we grew up with sunshine and softball is a good tradeoff I think. I was charged another year’s subscription fee of $99 and didn’t want it. I emailed them and within a day they refunded my fee to my credit card without a problem. Great customer service.
