Easy to use and exemplary customer service
The process of ordering the kits was super easy as were the instructions for collecting and mailing back our samples. Incredible customer service
I have dealt with customer service twice now (due to errors of my own), and they have been amazing both times. They reply quickly, are friendly and resolve issues with zero hassle. Honestly I have been surprised both times by how pain free corresponding with LifeDNA is, because such efficient, effective service is hard to come by.
