I didn’t grow up with cell phones, laptops, tablets or even a TV until I was 6.
For many years I used word on my laptop but when there an update to 11 my word app was deleted. Began looking for a place to download word again. I found this opportunity through Groupon.
David was wonderful! I had some difficulties, which I’m sure were User Error, but he stuck with me. Finally I got it straightened out and I have Word again.

Build my first pc, bought this on Groupon and a couple issues with the product key at first but support had it resolved in 20 min! Thanks to David, would recommend

I am excited to share my experience with the license key I have used from them. The keys were perfectly right and I’ve been using it for my home computer for more than two computers now and this is working very nicely with updates. I’m very happy user about it.

Prompt and very helpful when I ran into a issue

I had difficulty installing the app, and David from License Tom spent an hour patiently helping me step by step. I have rarely had such excellent customer service. Bravo for having such wonderful customer service. Oh, and the app works great too!

Wow. I sent a message and received a reply within minutes! That is surprising these days. David was specific and helpful to solve my problem immediately. If this is the way they respond to all inquiries, I can only say wow again! I would not hesitate to use it again.

I am so happy that I found License Tom. The price is perfect! I am a nursing student and needed word for my essays. He was able to walk me through the steps by providing a step by step detailed email showing to the instructions. I am so happy I made this purchase.
