I mistakenly ordered the Standard Office 2024 for Windows instead of the for macOS only. I explained the mistake to Agent David and he quickly responded the issue could have happened during the ordering process where I could have clicked the wrong version. Anyway, Agent David offered to exchange the software so I can install it in my MacBook Air with no additional charges. I was surprised how quick Agent David
provided the resolution of the issue. Thank you Agent David.

It’s a good company

I recently built a new computer and bought a license from licensetom. It came quickly through email. I ended up buying another computer and selling the one i built and needed to find another license for the new computer- I emailed licensetom on a sunday and they replied 4 minutes later stating they can help me out.

Purchased the Standard Microsoft 2024 and excellent process. Instructions extremely clear to follow, no issues whatsoever! I will use again!

Good product. They are always quick to respond to remedy any problems I have had. The products work great and are inexpensive.

My company purchased Microsoft office for me through Groupon. I had a little glitch, swapping it from my MacBook to my windows laptop when I switched operating systems. David from license tom To charge of the problem for me ,and at midnight on Saturday night helped me clear up my issues, now that’s what I call great customer service.

Customer service is very responsive and helpful. They guided me in the right direction to help solve my problem. Very courteous.

I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 on Groupon and received a license key. When I installed Office and used the key Microsoft said it was already being used on another computer. After Microsoft support said they could not help me because it was bought from a non-Microsoft retailer, License Tom put me on the runaround trying to fix the issue rather than giving me a brand new license or refunding me. Eventually I contacted Groupon who refunding me due to me not receiving a usable / unused license.

They were very flexible with me in helping me get the right program installed. They were also responded very quickly within 20 mins of me sending my initial email.

I have always received prompt a professional service. The product and process was 100 percent as advertised. David promptly returned emails when I needed additional help!!

They offer steeply discounted product keys that WORK, and their customer support team is fast. Bought a windows 11 key, and been using it ever since!

I recently purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus - Lifetime License for Windows through Groupon, and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The software was exactly as described, easy to install, and activated without any issues. Having a lifetime license provides excellent value and peace of mind.

What impressed me the most was the outstanding customer service. David was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the process. He responded quickly to my questions and made sure everything was working properly.

When I purchased a new computer a few weeks ago, I needed to find a good and low cost Office standard addition to install, when searching I ran across LicenseTom web site, I can honestly say I had doubts at first but when I researched the site and reviews the doubts went away. The process was extremely easy to follow and the product was great, worked first time and was exactly what I needed. Unfortunately that new computer went south on me 5 days later.
