I couldn’t fault Zoe and Mhairi at Liberty. After speaking to numerous brokers who left me feeling deflated, they were really positive, kind and reassuring. They also got me a MUCH better deal than others and we were able to borrow 100k more than originally quoted by some.
Something I felt was impossible they made possible.

Zoe was great at explaining the mortgage options as well as the pro’s & cons of each one in a language I could easily understand.

Mortgage offer was received and all correspondence dealt with promptly.

Zoe and Mhairi were able to recommend and achieve a mortgage offer where other brokers or lenders were not willing or able to do so. In my specific circumstances which didn’t simply fit a generalised application process, other brokers and lenders told me what I couldn’t do, but Zoe approach was to find what I could do rather than what I couldn’t do.
