DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ALERT! If I could submit negative stars, I would. What's the opposite of a stare? Horrible customer service that argues with a potential client. Asking for my social without verifying their company. Heart-fully, defending their negative online results and over-speaking me while I'm trying to gain more information on their company. This is a clear sign that this company only go for low-hanging fruits internally and client-wise. I highly suggest TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Complete waste of money and time. This company will just take your money and send you emails like they are actually doing something. I received letters from the creditors stating that they won't accept any disputes from Lexington Law. I then submitted a dispute on experian and the debt came off within a day. DO NOT waste your money on this useless company.

These folks are an utter WASTE OF TIME in my book. In my case, they only do one small thing every month or so, and all have been unsuccessful. I have paid over $1000 for 6-7 months of service and ZERO RESULTS. I have called their service department of "PARALEGALS," which is an OVERSEAS CALL CENTER (with poor phone connection), they always claim to be ramping things up in my case but it never turns into results. Save you time and money, write your own letters or hire someone on FIVER from overseas.

I was made more aware and confident in the service and the protection it has provided me. I did not know what to do about my situation and I was nervous about the future. This service is exactly what I needed and I am relieved to have professional support and help.

I attempted to sign up for their services this morning, and I was offered 3200 American Airlines miles as part of the process. I got through the identity verification process and was offered a "moderate" level of service. When attempting to figure out what that meant and what the other options were, I accidentally closed the page. I was then blocked from restarting and directed to call 855-655-3070. When I called that number the representative offered to sign me up over the phone, but knew nothing about the miles bonus and could not simply reset things so I could sign up online. I then attempted to submit their customer service contact form and it always came back to a blank page without confirmation of whether anything was sent. One possibility is that this was a bait and switch. The other and more likely possibility is that their technology is simply not good enough to do the job of helping me repair my credit after my identity was stolen.
EDIT: To the comment that they don't offer miles, I took a screen shot. Yeah you do, and even if it is technically a third party doing it, when it pops up immediately on going to *your* website then you should, at a minimum, know it is a thing which is happening.

This company is scam. When I called to learn about the program I spoke to John who took my information pulled the data and stated “I see here at least 5 account that we can remove” I had 8. Then I was specifically told that if the company doesn’t remove at least 1 negative item in your account within the first 3 months. You will get full reimbursement except $15 setup fee.
4 months later, not one item was removed. When I called they said that doesn’t exist and they have listened to my calls with the agent and supervisor and no evidence of reimbursement, interesting enough I never had a call with the supervisor. Then I started receiving letters from the creditors and they all said “sorry we can answer your questions since you have not provided enough information” all they do is send template documents with your name not even with all the data. I don’t understand how a company who is supposed to help with credit actually takes advantage and makes it worst. They should be reported for false advertisement.

I was with Lexington law for a while and they screwed me. It took forever for them to help with my credit. And now I just looked at my credit report on Credit Karma and I have a report on there that they said they took care of back in 2017. And which they lied, so now here I am arguing with them. They seemed to not be able to find my case now, they are full of bullcrap

So my wife and I divorced in 2021 and she started to spend lavishly on our joint credit cards but these cards are on my credit report and it started to devastate my credit score. I lost more than 120 points in 6 months. My score went down from 742 to 567. I entrusted Lexington to help fix this like they advertised. More than 14 months down the line and my score had only kept going further down.

The absolute worst. Will try to keep getting money out of you and string you along for months, and if you cancel they'll charge you for that too. Regret

costing $100 monthly, for 6 months, my hospital haunted me for several year, all 7, even with lexington expensive service assistance! they only deleted my paid off collections history, for $600 over the course of 6 months! like, i couldnt do that for a lot less bucks, taking only a few hours of my valuable time each month!

Lexington Law is a scam. Selling people dreams that won't come true. I was working very diligently on removing negative items from my report already. There's no notification or any pending investigations with any of the bureaus that were initiated by Lexington but you've attempted to charge me an unexplained 19.99 charge and 140 for no results. Don't waste your time. Do your research. You don't need Lexington to dispute anything. It's not worth it but they are very clever with tricking you into thinking their Loan specialist. This is terrible to false advertise and handle customers this way. Never will I recommend this service to anyone. It's a scam. And they still think that I owe them. They will fraudulently continue to charge my account and you may not hear from this company ever again because the frauds the wrong person.

I tried LL and my score went up because of me. When I cancelled, they kept trying to sell me and wouldn't stop. I was told LL will keep sending letters in hopes one of the creditors will remove the mark in "Good Faith".
I was floored. I knew then I wasted 3 months of my money on them. When they called me for the third time to ask why I cancelled, I told them the same thing I told the others. My score went up because of me, not you. I was paying off cards and my score went up. Thats how it works. I called the creditors to make sure the report was removed, not LL.
The last guy cut me off and said, "well your score still went up regardless." Then had the audacity to try and see if I would like to come back. I laughed to myself. Anyway, I'm sure this will get a response like, "every case is different", or please contact whoever. Why? You have my money. Just go away now.
