I had the pleasure of being assisted by Neiel who was professional, knowledgeable, patient, informative, showed empathy and was very intelligent. She explained how my credit repair journey was going and how the steps in place were being applied. I feel confident my situation will continue to improve!

I paid $140 for 10 months. All Lexington does is send intervention letters to credit bureaus. After that nothing. When I question the status of my case they say they are working on it but again its the same intervention letters. Common I was expecting some kind of a suggestion atleast may be a lower settlement, or negotiation for clients part. I feel so enraged and scammed I paid $1400 total. If I had not canceled they would be sucking away my hard earned money. Don’t fall for this company.

I have been using Lexington Law Firm for over a year now, and they have really helped me out a lot. I love the app, because you can see and clearly understand things.

Just a scam.
I had 3 negative items to remove on Transunion, and 2 on Equifax and Experian.
I had understood that there was a one time fee of 99.95 to remove those, which makes sense as challenges would be copy past from one rating agency to the other.
After 3 months and one pending charge, nothing much as happened.
Lexington law is just stretching time to keep you on their subscription.
A real scam.

Paid 8 months for them to do absolutely nothing. Waste of time and money.

Past assistance, and had been very helpful, and reliable. Thanks

Patience is a virtue- Over 13 months Lexington Law completely repaired my credit into a usable form again. It was a combination of them challenging negative items, me paying off smaller items, and my initiative to establish new positive accounts

Terrible....Terrible..Literally took 1600.00 or so from me without doing ANYTHING...just a bunch of smoke screen calls and emails. My experience with " Lex" me "F" you outta of your money occurred in the 2016, 2017 time frame...

I absolutely despise this company. They are a scam by far. They drag on the process to keep getting money from you. I was a customer for at least 6 months paying $149 a month and my credit score not one time improved but instead credit score went down by over 80 points! Run the other way! Lexington is a big scam!

Wow - this is the first time I've legitimately felt scammed by a business.
All they do is send the 'challenges'. You yourself have to respond to any inquiries from banks and agencies. For $139 a month, you would expect a little more hand-holding. They have paralegals available on weekdays - who are nice people - but are trained moreso to keep you on the subscription service rather than actually resolve your issue.
What put me over the edge is after I expressed my displeasure, they said they would keep me on a reduced rate of $25/month since I only had 1 negative mark. Instead, I was charged $114 which is a $25 discount. WOW totally f**cked. STAY AWAY!!!

I was with Lexington for 6 months. Never seen a change with my credit. Never got my money back. I'm with freedom financial now. Been with them 2 months I seen all money I put in the account and the progress of each dispute. Good thing is any money I have left after debts are paid I will get that money back! If I decide to leave them today I get my money back!

I don’t know what they are really doing but they sure know how to take my money. They do not dispute or intervene as they say. I have accounts on all the credit bureau sites and they never show an active dispute. I personally will not recommend Lexington Law. Actually I will say run and stay away. All the features they describe they have a not useful if the credit repair is not being done. I have an over 700 FICO score before them but wanted to clean up a few things. They did nothing and nothing is shown with the credit bureaus. I then signed up with a company that doesn’t Metro 2 Credit repair and monthly I get letters and disputes shown on the credit bureaus accounts I have. Trust and believe they maybe doing this for a long time but even an old dog stops doing tricks they’ve done before.

A farce. Their services are nothing you can’t do on your own. They just charge you for it and answer every 5th email telling you to “just be patient.”

3 months of paying and no results. Said it may take time but no info shared except they sent a letter on my behalf. They need to do a better job keeping people informed. Told me the cared about my situation but they only seemed to care about getting the monthly fee I was paying.

Whenever I have called their customer service, they are rude, abrasive, disrespectful, and do not handle the situation with intelligence. The customer service representative Ram, based in the Philippines, advised me during our almost an hour-long recorded call that he refused to get me a supervisor to resolve my billing issues and could not confirm on the recorded line that he was a paralegal. Dealing with Lexington Law Firm was a waste of time and money, producing little results. In addition to being discussed at customer service and potentially talking to customer service personnel who appear to lack the qualification to assist me, someone at Lexington Law Firm needs to listen to the call I have had with their company, as these are the individuals you have chosen to represent your organization in the public eye.

Can't find their telephone # anywhere. They sent me an email about signing on line for my case. I can't remember sign in info. Their texts stink & their supposed paralegal doesn't answer to chat. I guess what is said about them is true not a very good company to deal with. They did help me put with past creditors. I really wanted to continue with them

Lexington Law advises me of what is going on with my cases at all times, through emails. I am always kept aware of my progress. I am very happy with the service.

I have a durable power of attorney for a person who is totally incapacitated and confined to a nursing home.
I submitted a copy of the POA to Lexington and requested a cancellation of their monthly draft to this persons bank account. they refused to cancel saying that they needed an updated POA due to the fact that the notary seal had expired, do these people not understand a durable POA. This person is incapacitated and not able to execute another POA

Lexington law sucks. They want your money and when they contact the people you owe … they awake the sleeping bear and you will have your CREDIT REPORTS COMING AFTER YOU. They don’t tell you about that lol.
