This is the worse company to help with credit. You will never speak to anyone it’s all thru email. They did the minimum that I could have easily done. Me and my husband paid 250.00$ a month with no change of maybe 10points to our credit. When you cancel they gas light you and keep billing saying you owe a final payment. This place is a joke Do Not Sign Up With Them you will be stuck!!!!!

These people are complete scam artists : I initiated hire lexiton law to fix my (student loan )problem, they said that I missed a payment which it was a late payment however they still marked me as delinquent and split the student loan into 2-payments instead of one.
So I hired Lexington law to fix the problem on the date of February 2022 starting out 130 a month. Do you know this went on for 11 months and they still haven't did anything with my student loan problem they always said it's a pandemic we have to wait a while until evening is open people are not fully at work yet,and we'll dispute these challenges for you, until I realized this has gone on for too long every time I call to check the status on the phone ((we're still working on your case) and theirs still no resolutions made at all as initiating with my student loan and $750 in my pocket. Taxation without representation for nearly a whole year finally I asked for my refund, and they actually some of the proceeds when afther a whole year of doing nothing. I advise you don't do business with them

I used Lexington Law for many years. Initially they were excellent. They cleared my credit and were diligent and they knew what they were doing. As the years went on, I retained them again for a few problems I had and by that time they had employed foreign representatives from the Philippines and that was it - their service began to stink! I’ve spent several years with them this go around and what a total disaster. Stay clear of this organization. They will not be able to help you. It’s a shame. They, like many American companies, have lost their way!!! They think they can cut costs by employing a foreign work force!

The fact that I can talk to the paralegals and they can help me better understand my concerns.

I would like you guys to stop taking money off my chime card I do not want the services and I have tried and tried to Cancel it

Very much a sales operation, no real engagement with your case or customer service. There's nothing they do that you can't do on your own. And when you try to cancel for lack of progress or activity or updates, they kick the can and tell you to just be patient, keep renewing. Feels like they're bilking an already-vulnerable population.

Results after one year... ($1500+ cost) I had begun using Lexington Law's service in Oct 2021. The first round of challenges yielded 1 or 2 removals on my credit report (first 45 days). Looking back on the experience that seemed like a teaser to keep me subscribed to their service, because after the first couple removals, there was no progress for 5 months. Nothing seemed to be working for all the challenges they claimed to have been sent. I attempted to cancel however the customer rep urged me to give it just one more billing cycle to see if they can get any results this time around. I told them I'll give it one more cycle but if nothing occurs than expect my cancelation the following month. And just like magic a significant amount of removals occurred in that single billing cycle on Equifax and Transunion. So I kept the subscription running as promised. I felt that I would only need maybe 1 or 2 cycles to clear everything up with how much was removed in that single challenge cycle. Then unsurprisingly we ended up stalled out again for many months. I felt they were just taking their time to maximize their billing cycles but I overlooked it because I saw they can actually get things done. Over the course of the year they nearly (yet not completely) cleaned up both Equifax and Transunion, which really 90% of the removals occurred in only 2 challenge cycles (totaling 90 days of billing time) however after an entire year they made absolutely no progress with Experian. Zero. After about several months from the last removal I contacted the customer service rep to see why they seem to not be able to get any results with Experian, ultimately the explanation was weak, because they couldn't possibly admit that as one of the longest and most well known credit repair companies, Experian was just too challenging for them to get even a single removal in a YEAR, while at the same time they also couldn't admit they are just milking my subscription for as long as they can. And it can only be either one of those two explanations if you critically think about it for 30 seconds or less. It's either Experian was too difficult for them that they couldn't get a single removal in a year of billing or they were simply milking me dry over that same year. I felt from that conversation that they just were 100% stringing me along as long as possible to maximize the money they can get out of me. In short, Lexington Law can absolutely get your credit repaired and rather fast, however speed is not apart of their business model. Their business model is to bleed you dry for as long as they can, while never repairing your credit fully. Every now and then they will get a removal off to make you think they are diligently working on your case. They are not diligently working, they are bleeding you for as long as you have a tolerance to get bled. They will get some removals off, but not all of them. Its not worth it to them to completely fix your credit quickly. You have to understand this before looking for any credit repair company. As an industry is not in their business model to quickly repair your credit, their model is to do just enough to keep you subscribed forever. Their main business is not credit repair, its customer psychology.
***UPDATE*** 1/30/23
Despite a representative responding to my review asking me to "DM" them. I have reached out and it turns out to be a blind gesture to create the illusion that they are willing to work with rectifying their past mistakes. The account representative said since I ended my subscription with them, they no longer have any account information and simply tried to get me to sign back up without addressing any of my concerns of their past performance. A complete trash company, stay away at all costs at this point. I would provide negative stars at this point. A 1 star is too gracious for this company.

I had the worst experience with these con-artists. Charged me a total of $320 over the course of 2 month for absolutely nothing. All they want to do is to collect money from people & provide absolutely no real value. I feel stupid to have trusted them with my score again. Learn from my mistake & block them.

0 STARS IF PoSSIBLE .I was called nearly everyday by these predators until they finally got my debit card numbers after that try to get a hold of them .It's a joke I only had about 4 k in debt they insisted they could with certainty get it off there just for simple mistakes such as spelling my name wrong .awell no imorov ment on my score 6 months later and my score has dropped 40 points when I have done nothing negative to impact my score .My guess it's the fact that they woke the sleeping giant seeings how my things were 5 to 7 years old.

Very helpful on maters and keeping me informed on progress. It was nice to speak to a real person that I could understand and felt comfortable with.

Don't use this company if you are trying to get out of debt and get ahead. They will rope you in with a free consultation, then ask you for your card information to start their services at $9.95. When told you don't have the money (being leary of them), they insist that they can run your card. I told them I would have overdraft fees, and the guy insisted that we still try, and if declined, they could keep trying till it went through. Sounds like they want to create more debt, than actually helping someone get out of debt.

Hired Lexington Law in February 2022 to clear fraud and false reporting on my credit reports and paid monthly until June when I was told all had been removed by creditors. Now, there still a dispute from one creditor still on my Experion report they lied and told me it was off and It’s Not!! I’m now having to start paying and fighting to get the last creditor and their their false report off Experion! Waste of money!! Liars!! And Worthless!!
