Scammers

I bought few items for over 300 Euros. Package was never sent.. How this is even possible that they exist??? Does anyone know how to get money back? I would like to take this further

Please don’t bother ordering

Please don’t bother ordering. I ordered £130 worth of items and they didn’t send me them so I emailed, they never responded I then sent another email saying I’m going to do a dispute they then sent me an email to cancel my order but say ‘not yet refunded you’ makes absolutely no sense to me. I don’t know why companies open these websites to just not send people their money or items. It’s so crazy. Your stealing from people and you don’t understand how this affects people life’s. Please rethink your customer service.

Where do I even begin?

I received a damaged dress that cost £130, in the wrong size, and it wasn’t even delivered next day as I had paid for. I've been trying to resolve this issue with them since the 26th of August, and it’s now the 19th of September. Despite this, they’ve refused to issue a refund and have been ignoring my attempts to contact them. Only when I threatened legal action did they start responding. Their inadequate customer service is appalling, and it’s shocking they’re allowed to run a business this way.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HOLES IN DRESS

2 holes in the seams of a £60 dress (clearly an issue with the stitching). Emailed as soon as I got the dress and they sent a returns label at 4:30pm on a Friday of bank holiday weekend. Emailed back straight away and still hadn’t received a reply until Wednesday so had to email again. Now refusing to give me any kind of refund. This is still ongoing from August 19th and we’re now on 30th
Constantly having to chase things up, no one’s listening to a word I’m saying and the quality of the clothes are terrible

I had ordered a dress

I had ordered a dress, it arrived and was already broken. I wanted to send it back and had to pay the delivery costs and customs fees myself, which were over 60€ and at that point I wasn't sure if I would get my money back. Or they said I would get a voucher. I absolutely cannot recommend this company, both the quality of the dress and the customer service were poor

Bought two dresses. One dress broke without even wearing even though it cost £130. 2nd dress material ripped after one wear. Customer service was poor as was slow and lacked understanding.

Few months ago I saw a swimsuit in…

Few months ago I saw a swimsuit in lemonlunar. I didn't purchase it as I read a lot of negative reviews about delays, wrong sizes and bad quality. The cost of the swimsuit including the next day delivery was £70. That is a reasonable price for a swimsuit. My order arrived perfectly on time. I placed the order on Monday night and I received it today (Wednesday). The quality is really good and the swimsuit is perfect. I don't understand why this company has all this negative comments. I'm glad I found a perfect swimsuit for my summer holiday and I'll definitely purchase more items in the future.

The outfit looked super cheap and I paid £80 for it.
It took them 2 days to give me their return address. Waited a week and asked why refund hadn’t been made, they said they hadn’t received it. I sent it on a first class delivery.
After 3 weeks they were still lying saying they hadn’t received my parcel so I didn’t get my money back.
Do not order from them.

Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience - Damaged Garment and No Response**

I ordered a garment from this company and it arrived damaged. Despite numerous attempts to contact their customer service, I received no response, no resolution, and certainly no refund. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I used Clearpay for the purchase and have now escalated the issue with them, hoping they will reconsider their association with this company. Avoid this retailer at all costs if you value your time and money.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience and I strongly advise against using this company.

If I could give zero stars I would.
This company is an absolute scam, paid over the odds for a dress that turned out to be a cheap, thin cotton sheath with stitching that was falling apart.
They now won’t respond to my emails after I returned the dress, please DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I bought something just over a month ago and paid for next day delivery, when the item arrived I realised I was sent the wrong size, I ordered an xs and I was sent a medium. Straight away I emailed to let them know their mistake and for them to send me a returns label. After a lot of back and forth I finally got the returns label and sent the item back but I have still not received a refund?!! I have emailed numerous times but still have had no response. They are sending wrong items and stealing money from people. Never had a worse experience from a shop or customer service.

SCAM. Dress arrived late even though express delivery paid for. Terrible quality. Did not try on, tags intact. Followed returns rules. Paid for special signed delivery. Tracked parcel, was delivered and was signed for. But …. They don’t respond to my many emails and no refund to date .. parcel returned 10 days ago. SCAM

Do not order from this site

Do not order from this site. I ordered a two piece but changed my mind before it was even delivered. I opened the package when it arrived as I ordered a few things when I saw it was the item I placed it straight back in the bag WITHOUT even checking it over as I knew I didn’t want it. They now won’t refund the item as they said I removed the tags which is not true and have not provided any evidence of this. They’re obviously not doing well in sales and need to do whatever to keep money. If the items were retuned without tags it’s because they never arrived with tags, I’m not that desperate.
Keep the item lemon lunar don’t bother returning it to me you obviously need the money more than I do

Total scam

One of the worst companys i have ever had to deal with. Was sent a dress in the wrong size, had to pay for return postage myself as they sent me a pre paid label i coud not use and 4 weeks later still no replacment has been sent out. AVOID

THEY ARE A SCAM! They delete comments on instagram.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a dress and paid for next day delivery. It took over a week to come, by this time I’d already been on my trip and returned home. Therefore didn’t need the dress anymore. They don’t have the returns address anywhere on their website and ask you to email for the returns information. Bear in mind you only get 14 days to return so they are clever because they DO NOT RESPOND to any emails or instagram messages. They delete any comments underneath instagram posts.

I stupidly didn’t research before I ordered. On TikTok you will find loads of girls saying the same thing. I honestly don’t know how they are still able to practice.

I would rate this a 0

Ordered a dress worth £130 however it arrived damaged, I contacted them immediately they offered to give me a 30% refund to keep the damaged dress which is honestly disgusting.

I then opted to return they told me how to return however I have been trying to contact them for over 5 days regarding them paying for the returns as it was a mistake on their end.

They should throughly check their items before sending them out considering the price.

All my emails from 5 days ago until this date have been ignored shocking customer service.

You could get better quality on pretty little thing
