THE CECE SHEER DRESS

I ordered the CECE SHEER DRESS in Olive. It was gorgeous and feminine. The quality was also very nice and true to size. I’d order again from their boutique.

Can i give 0 stars?

Can i give 0 stars?! I ordered a $40 dress november 2024, a few weeks later i followed up on the item and they said it was pre order, which was mentioned no where when i placed the order. Few weeks later i contact them again and ask to cancel the item since it will no longer arrive in time. They ignore my various emails so i contacted my bank and got a refund. Fast forward to now january 17th 2025 the item gets delivered and UPS states i owe $392. I decline the item and contact lemon lunar again. They asked me to send proof of the charge and i did and a month later they are still ignoring my enails

Do not buy from here

Do not buy from here. I returned a dress on 26/11/24 to which they never refunded and have now returned it back to me with a delivery note that says damaged. I did not damage the item, they won’t refund me and it was posted back to me without communication on 17.02.2025. At over £100 this is disgusting.

I’m now contacting the financial ombudsman

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered from this company before and never had a problem. Now I like many other people haven’t received my order that I paid next day delivery for, I placed the order Tuesday and it’s now Saturday! Have sent numerous emails to no response (like everyone else said) and also have received no tracking information even though they sent me a message to say the parcel was on its way yet the delivery service has not even received it yet. Absolutely disgusting standards! I also have a huge following on social media and will be telling my followers about this experience so they have done themselves no favours! Trash company with no standards or customer service. Thank god I paid through clear pay and I can now block the future payments.

It is now a month later (March 3rd) and still haven’t received my order even though I was told after writing this review I would receive it in 1-2 weeks. This is by far the worst experience I have ever received when it comes to ordering from any company, not to mention the horrendous customer service! It is illegal to withhold someone’s money and not send them the products they paid for so at this point I’m looking into contacting the financial ombudsman and reporting them for bad business practise when it comes to customers and their money. No business should run this way it’s completely unprofessional on every level when you take our money but don’t even bother to send us the goods we paid for. I never even got a refund on my next day delivery! Just embarrassing

Update March 5th. They refunded me half the money and told me one of the items wasn’t in stock, just waiting to see if the other half of the order gets sent now. I honestly never had an experience as horrific as this ordering from anywhere before.

Great quality boutique, Order!

I ordered two items, a dress and a bikini set and I absolutely love both pieces. The quality is great, the shipping was fast and efficient, and the customer service was excellent. The clothing fit perfectly. I would 100% recommend.

Good Store! Great dresses

Amazing dress! I bought the Lina Lace dress in XL. Received lots of compliments wearing the dress out with friends. Service was good. Order came timely. Will order again with Lemon Lunar.

Do not buy from this website !!!

Absolutely disgusted in this company.
I ordered a dress that looked nothing like it should have and was advertised as. I am based in Australia and sent this back for a refund. They claim nothing is wrong with the goods, they will only give me a credit. And they claim the credit was sent which is incorrect. I have received nothing at all. They don’t respond to emails or complaints. Complete and utter bullshit. Wish I read the other reviews before purchasing.

Avoid at all costs!
Ordered something via ‘pre order’. They emailed me saying to expect them within the week, a week later, nothing arrived. Numerous emails later, they have ignored all correspondence. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. Total SCAM company. Do not waste your money.

Save your money

Yeah. Just read other reviews and very accurate. I've ordered from them twice before, (3 ordere in total) paid next day delivery every time. The first order came a month later was a pretty dress so overlooked how long it took despite paying for next day delivery. Second time it came two weeks later, was one of there sets and the chain on the skirt broke whilst trying on. It was very fragile, 3rd and last time ordered next day delivery two weeks in advance for my birthday outfit and shocker it didn't arrive on time, currently hasn't arrived at all. I've asked for a refund, to no response. It's a shame because I love the style of the cloths on the website but they are completely unreliable and don't care about their customers at all.

Mesh Diamante Set

I ordered the Kendall mesh diamanté maxi skirt with the Khloe mesh diamanté top and wore it for New Years and got so many compliments. I was literally the star of the show not only because I was glistening in the lights. The packaging and shipping was very quick. I definitely will purchase from here again!

SHOCKING COMPANY DO NOT ORDER

SHOCKING COMPANY DO NOT ORDER. Placed an order on the 4th of December from a UK address. Its now been over a month and still haven't received what I paid for. There customer service is shocking and they do not respond. Lemon Lunar you should be ashamed Ill be taking this further.

They steal from you

They steal from you! Placed an order on 1/12/2024 received totally incorrect items nothing that I ordered on the 24/12/2024 tried to get a refund and was told I can only get a credit note even though it’s not what I ordered. Have been asked to send pictures since I sent pictures they will not reply! Do not buy from them !

Do not order from this company

Wish I had read reviews about this company before I ordered!!
Spent £150 on clothes that I’ll probably never receive!
Customer service told me they’d send tracking details which they haven’t and blamed the Christmas rush even though I ordered weeks before Christmas!
You should be ashamed of yourselves, this was my daughters Christmas gifts and you are nothing short of thieves 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
