I'm sorry we couldn't stop your order in time. We have an automated warehouse, so sometimes an order can be packed shortly after the order is placed. In most cases we can manage to stop an order, but in your case the order was already packed and placed into a transport cage when you contacted us 36 minutes after the order was placed
Shortly after an order is packed, it is under many other packages and cannot be removed, as it will stop the packing process for other packages.
My colleague will send you a free return label that you can return the package with.

Broken sunsystem
The holder for the sun was broken before i put it together. Impossible to put it up. Disapointed over the quality of «Solsystem til taket». Had to glue the planets and they did not stick well in the sun. The sun is not verry bright.

This is both a huge hit with my two year old son, as well as all the kids who came to his party.
The track has more routes and additions than I realized when ordering which is fantastic. I found this when looking to a cheaper alternative to another brand my son seemed to like. This has exceeded expectations.
