It took the warehouse an additional day to prepare your order, and then Customs experienced technical issues, so nothing was shipped on Friday.

Late delivery
Ordered a toy on the 17th of May. The site says 5-7 days delivery time. Birthday was on the 27th, so plenty of time. The package only arrived on the 9th of June. That after 3 phone calls trying to correct the shippment.

I understand that this must of been so frustrating as it took a long time.
I think that the problem was that by misstake you had written the wrong postal code so it came to Bergen instead of Stavanger and when that happends its hard to redirect the packade to the right destination. It was me and you who spoke together and I know that we desided to send a new package. However, I acknowledge that this experience was not good for you and that is not how we operate. Please contact me for your next order and I will see that it flows smoothly.

Toy that doesn't match the description - poor customer service
The product I received was something completely different than described on their web-page. I got in touch with Lekeakademiet the same day, asking for a refund or a new toy that matched the description. I got a reply right away that they would look in to it. They changed the description of the product on their web-page, but have still not (6 weeks later) got back to me even though I have sent several emails.I will never ever buy anything from Lekeakademiet again.
